LAF-A-Lot

I have been to Laf-a-lot since I was young. In years past ownership and management have changed but by and large this location has been consistently good. Recently they have undergone in the management and ownership. I had lunch there on May 6, 2022. The service and food were nothing short of exceptional. The vibe that they have in this location is really good. They have updated the interior oh, and I've included historical photos of the lake. I ordered the fish which is a special on Friday. It was outstanding. The wait staff took time to ensure that I had everything I needed him brought the food promptly. Great place and I highly recommend it. They are in the process of getting their liquor license and assured me it would not take much longer their hours of operation will be extended. Currently it is best to look at their Facebook site to see hours of operation in changes that are coming. Overall you really need to check this place out!

We usually go here a couple times a year, and it's usually for a party. Last night, we ended up going on a pontoon boat ride with a bunch of people, and our tour guide was a local Loon Lake celebrity and resident. It was a great time. We ended the evening doing several rounds of tequila shots at the bar. Eegads!

Been here several times the last few years. Would definitely recommend, food was good and drink prices were reasonable :) We have always had a good experience here with the friendly staff. Will be back!

Great atmosphere... perfect weather.. the best company With good food!

We had an amazing waitress, Miranda. She made our experience wonderful. Great view of the water - was a little cool to sit outside. Good burgers, pizza, and wings. No dinner meals.

We stopped in LAF-A-Lot for an early lunch with my one year old. It's "off" season right now on the lake as there are only a few full-timers around. None the less, LAF-A-Lot was open and ready for business. I haven't been here in quite a while but I was thoroughly surprised at how bright and airy it felt inside: even for being winter. It was very clean and the service was fabulous. So friendly and kind. I had the French onion soup (which was just delicious I could have easily eaten two more bowls) and a Greek salad (also fabulous). I ordered the grilled cheese off the kids menu for my little one - he ate that up so fast! It was actually really good, I love how they kind of pressed it to make it a little crispier. And the chips that came with the kids meal were crunchy and soft - truly the perfect chip for a kid. Can't wait to go back and am really looking forward to the Spring/Summer season!

If you carved out the best qualities of life and put them in a bar/restaurant, then you would arrive here. Food amazing, atmosphere amazing. Views... You get it. Great people. Just get here. Can't wait to be back.

Food was great service was good we love it there

New owner and place was awesome. Food was delicious bartender very happy even though he was running his tail off. We will be back very often this summer!!

Bartender (evyn) is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had at any establishment. Pizza was really good, drinks were even better and the customer service was the best. 10/10 will be back.

10/10 recommend! I can’t remember her name, but we had the pleasure of having a nice short haired blonde who gave the best service to us. She was so nice and thoughtful I hope we get her again!

i had a wonderful time here, special shout out to the bartender. she had short blonde hair and cool earrings and piercings. she was super friendly and kind, made the whole experience awesome.

Great little country bar and restaurant. Stumbled in this place and loved it. Great food. Great atmosphere. Right on the water. Sit on the dock, in a rocking chair, and sip on a cold one and enjoy some pub grub. Brought the wife and kids and loved it too. Kids enjoyed feeding the fish off the dock. We will be back.

Everyone was very friendly here and the food was fantastic.

Bartender was a sweetheart so funny and kind. Short blonde hair and pretty eyes. I was having a rough night and she quickly turned it around. I can tell she will do big things

We stopped here while snowmobiling for lunch. My chicken wrap was very good and the fried food we ordered was also very good.

We just got cans of beer so I can't say how they make drinks but the experience is overall very good.

This has to be the coolest place anywhere on this planet! A great trip in time and what a way to enjoy your Sunday afternoon!

This place has an absolutely stunning patio overlooking the lake. Ribs were wonderful.
