The Flats Luxury Suites

The Flats Luxury Suites are awesome-- the South Flat is incredible, the kitchen is modern with everything you'd need. Large TVs, massage bed, upper loft, amazing shower and bathroom. I have also rented this space out for photoshoots in the kitchen.

The staff and process of booking is so amazing with great communication - the booking email contains all the information you'd need for your stay.

The coffee & snacks are also a nice touch!

This place is beautiful, clean and worked amazing for a quick weekend to Logan. I would absolutely stay here again! I’m a light sleeper but the bed was super comfy and the street noise didn’t even bother me.

What a wonderful place to stay in logan. The buildings remodel is very well done, and the flat we stayed in (north flat) was so cozy and comfortable. Large TV, massage bed, amazing shower and bathroom, and lots of other accommodations that made our stay great. If I find my self staying in logan, this will be where I go.

This was the funnest place! Clean and new, comfy and so like home! The location was prime, we loved the little flower shop below and the history of the building. We got to meet the owner and she was so kind and offered us a tour of the roof top- what a treat. Best place in Logan! They’ve thought of everything to make your stay a pleasure! We will be back

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we were wanting something different than the typical hotel room. The Flats did not disappoint! We stayed in the lower flat where we found everything immaculate and well thought out. The bed, bedding and linens were all wonderful! We were lucky enough to meet the owner and she showed us the South Flat on the upper level. It was gorgeous as well. Cool architecture and artwork and unique finishes that made us feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you A & C! We will be back!

Great space to spend our anniversary. The room is very nice and has luxurious furnishings. As a contractor I can tell they went above and beyond in this renovation. The wonderful bed, large TV, spacious bathroom and shower made this feel more like home. Great use of space and impressive style! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Just gorgeous. We booked both the North and South Flats for a family visit and it was like staying at a large, two-bedroom apartment. The South Flat Kitchen is very well-appointed. The adjustable beds were a lot of fun and our family had room to spread out AND come together for meals over the holidays. Truly wonderful and the host was very responsive to my questions.

Very well taken care of, was great to have a place our family could spread out ans not have to book 2 regular hotel rooms to accommodate our needs, everyone enjoyed it and were excited.

Beautiful up-scale accommodations that offers a cozy feel. Loved this place for a weekend getaway. Located in downtown Logan made walking to dinner easy and a lovely experience with a stop to walk the tabernacle grounds on our way back. Great service! Accommodating and fast to respond. I highly recommend this for your Logan lodging needs!

It was so lovely. Our whole family went so we used all 3 units. The lofts were a big hit. The spacious kitchen in the south unit was perfect for meals and gathering all together. Our stay was in December, so the Christmas lights at night made the downtown views from the enormous windows a picturesque. The beds were comfy and the units were upscale and clean. Such a fun time together right in the middle of town. We walked to many of our activities.

Was a wonderful place to stay! All the hotels were booked up near by for a wrestling event we were going to. So, I booked this last minute out of desperation. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip! Unique, different, convenient, and nice! Was like being at home with the comfy couch, the big tv, lots of room, the adjustable mattress in the master, and all the amenities we needed. Would love to stay here again!

We loved it. Everything was spotless clean, brand new, modern, and many cool features you won't usually find in a typical suite style room. We live in town and wanted somewhere special for our wedding night without staying at a gross cliche honeymoon hotel. The smart TVs and adjustable bed was an excellent feature. Not having a typical front desk to check into was super convenient they just emailed a door code and we were set.

The Flat was fantastic! It was clean, stylish, and close to several downtown restaurants. The beds were comfortable (we had them bring in roll-outs and they were also comfy), kitchen was stocked with needed items for cooking, extra blankets, and access to Netflix on large TVs. Plenty of seating for hanging out. We would love to stay here again. If you have family coming into town, this would be a great home base.

The Flats has so much heart and history and exceeded all of our expectations. It provided a truly luxurious and restful experience right in the heart of downtown Logan, so close to everything. Every detail was provided for from the complimentary snacks, to the washer/dryer, to the amazing linens and so much more. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a unique place to stay that will help you connect to culture, rest, and relaxation.

Stayed in the north flat and loved the view of downtown Logan. The suite was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. You felt part of the small urban area of local and it was a fun experience. We loved walking to a nearby coffee shop for brunch and browsing the shops on Main Street. I also thought the incorporation of local history, local coffee, and custom chocolates from the chocolate shop across the street we’re a nice touch.

We booked the North Flat and had a great experience. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was spacious and sexy. The kitchenette was complete and easy to use. The vibe was modern yet relaxed. A brilliant addition to downtown Logan.

This is a cool place! The building has a lot of history and was re-done very nicely. The flower shop and salon both look immaculate. The 3 luxury suites are upscale and classy. It's great to see this historic building in downtown Logan infused with new life.

I stayed in the North Flat with my daughter who is almost two. It's the smallest of the rooms, but it was just right for the two of us. I was able to fit her pack-n-play into the kitchenette so she could have her own room to sleep in. It's such a beautiful space, we didn't want to leave! We ended up ordering take out and eating it while watching a movie. As dumb as it sounds, the little TV trays ended up being one of my favorite parts!

Every detail was well thought out when they remodeled this place. We were impressed by all the little touches left for us to enjoy. The bed is soo comfortable with the softest sheets. Spotless. Just so clean and perfect! The location is also perfect. We needed and extra bed for our children and they were so quick to get us two fold out beds again supplied with the softest bedding. We’d stay here again and again.

I recently stayed at The Flats in their lower luxury suite and our whole stay was wonderful! We enjoyed looking through the "then and now" photo book of the building and seeing how the space maintains it's 1906 architectural integrity with industrial lighting choices and from what I can tell, the building's original door, foundation, and cement pillars. Beautifully decorated, the old and new pair nicely together for a chic, fresh feel.

Aside from the stand-out space, you can tell lots of thought has been given to guests and businesses in the valley. Scheduling our arrival and departure was easy and I appreciated that our room had clearly been prepared for our arrival with candles (battery operated), local cupcakes, Cafe Ibis coffee, Malouf sheets, and an amenities basket full of high-end hair products, lotion, toothbrush kit, etc.

My husband and I both lived in the valley for years but have a hard time recalling this building prior to its update but now it's something that can't be missed! A great addition to Logan downtown, the Flats live up to their name with a luxury experience that to my knowledge can't be found anywhere else in the valley. We definitely hope to experience the other rooms next time we're in town.
