I rented one of their apartments for 5 years and the management has been wonderful since the day I was interested to apply.

The application process was so fast! I found out the same day I delivered my application. For the following years, I didn’t have any big problems but if there was something that came up, I would call the office and they would act right away.

Before I moved to another state, I had a problem with the washer and they were kind to find a solution.

I appreciate what the management has done. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t because I had to move for my job.

The Property Manager and our Maintenance crew ensure that our building/landscaping is emaculate!!! I just love it!!

Incompetent, unethical, irresponsible, unpleasant.

We've had multiple issues throughout our handful years living in their building--noise from neighbor, leaking, power outage, construction dust, etc--perhaps not uncommon issues for an old building like. It's not the issues themselves, but how they responded that was frustrating.

Each time contacting them for help, we were answered with one of the three:
1. Complete silence: They simply ignored. No response at all.
2. Human shield: They send the building super to apologize on their behalf. Super could help with certain things--e.g. leak--but often it was beyond his power--e.g. construction dust seeping in. But management didn't care.
3. Utter apathy: They literally don't care.
4. I called ahead saying I was away and payment would be 2 days late. Still charged me. Management at keystone realty don't give a flying fk about their tenants.

Incompetent, unethical, irresponsible, unpleasant.

- "I don't know"
- "That's not my responsibility."
- "That's property manager's job" (when asked to connect me with the PM, they ignored again.)
- "I need to go home."
- "Move out if you're that unhappy."

Look somewhere else. This is not a good place to be.

I went to there realtors location in Larchmont after coming from Manhattan and the broker talked to me through a mailbox slot and would not let me no any information on any apartments i guess because I was the only black person in there Larchmont neighborhood
