Best experience ever! Was greeted by Daisy May and Krystal as soon as I walked in. They were so professional and knowledgeable. Made my new phone experience easy and non-stressful. Incompetent and unable to assist with simple issues. They just pushed me along to the corporate store in Horseheads.
