Away from the hustle and bustle of New York City is this peaceful and beautiful Suburban town of Pelham. Right in the heart of this town, we found GoGreek; a hidden gem serving authentic Greek food. The owner of this restaurant Mr. Dan Krystallis enthusiastically explained to us the inspiration behind the restaurant which was his time spent in Greece where he enjoyed the Greek culture and their lip-smacking food. With a motive to replicate the same culinary experience he had in Greece to the crowd in his city, he opened up this quick-service restaurant called GoGreek.

The humble and welcoming staff showed a similar passion for the cuisine and the restaurant which was really appreciable. With some suggestions from the staff, we were all set with our order. We started off with the Yaya’s Chicken Rice Egg Lemon Soup which is a take on a grandmas style soup. Every sip of this soup had love and comfort all over it! We cannot wait for it to start snowing and go back and have this soup. The GoGreek salad consisted of fresh veggies with feta cheese and a wholesome portion of grilled chicken pieces (also available with Gyro meat or Falafel).

For appetizers, we got the Spinach Pie, Greek-style Chicken Wings, and the 3 Dips Appetizer. The spinach pie was this flaky goodness filled with a layer of spinach and feta cheesy. The Chicken wings were absolutely smashing with the perfectly crunchy crust on the outside and juicy chicken on the inside. The 3 Dips appetizer includes the classic Greek Tzatziki, Hummus, and a Spicy Feta dip. These were all delicious but the Spicy Feta was simply out of this world!

Whenever we see fries on the menu we have to get it and so did we! We tried the GoGreek Fries and the GoGreek Chips. The fries were topped with Feta and oregano while the chips were topped with Parmesan and olive oil. The combination of the toppings on them both was spot on.

Finally, it was time for the main event, their USP; the Gyro. The Gyro is basically a pita wrap filled with pork which is roasted on a rotisserie, onions, tomato, tzatziki, and fries (Yes, real gyros have fries in them). The roasted pork was absolutely succulent and right after the first bite, we knew this was something special and was totally worth the hype. The in house prepared tzatziki levels up the flavor of the gyro. We also tried the Falafel Pita which was similar to the Gyro but with Falafel instead of the pork. We can vouch for it that this is the best Falafel you'll ever have!

Overall, we were really impressed with each aspect of this QSR. The food is totally mind-blowing and the staff is super friendly. Another amazing quality about this restaurant is that all the dishes are below $10 each. Definitely, recommend everyone to give this place a shot and experience the flavors of real Greek food.

My eight year old son and I stopped in on Saturday night - what a great experience and a true gem in the village of Pelham. He had papu's chili and and order of fries and declared both the best he'd ever had. I had a slice of the homemade spinach pie which melted in my mouth. We had a great experience and can not say enough about the friendly staff and excellent service and food. We'll be back again soon!!!

This was the bomb dot com. My gyro pita sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. For 8 bucks, i wish it was a little bigger cause i should have ordered 3 of those instead of one lol. But hey, now i know and will get 3 of um next time. It's worth it.

I was walking by and I saw the board out front and figured I would give it a try. Good stuff! I had the gyro which I was informed was in the style as it actually served in Greece. Honestly I thought gyros were an American invention! This one was definitely different than any gyro I have had. I was skeptical of the french fries in the gyro because I thought I was a gyro purist. Turns out there is room in my definition of what makes a good gyro. I also tried the chili which was delicious. The service was good and the restaurant seemed really clean. I hope one day they will deliver and wish they were open on Sunday (maybe they are religious like Chick-fil-a?) but otherwise I definitely recommend. They have been staying open serving the people of Westchester during the pandemic which is truly patriotic. So I say give them your business!

1 st time Trying a Pork Gyro and was Greatly impressed with the Flavour and Presentation. Great Place if your just visiting or live in the Area it's worth the visit. Staff was very Professional courteous and a pleasure to deal with. ENJOY...

Great genuine gyros - real meat instead of the usual ground mystery stuff. Fries inside the sandwich bring back great memories from Europe. I'm happy to see this place in the neighborhood. The drink prices are a bit crazy though.

Stumbled across this after looking for Thai, which was a few doors down and closed for equipment failure. Absolutely blown away: The falafel had the most exquisitely delicate and crunchy skin; the chicken souvlaki skewers were perfect; lemon potatoes absolutely perfect. On a mission to try everything else they offer. Truly no words for those falafels!!

I been hearing about this place for a while and following them on IG and finally had a chance to have lunch, and OMG what was I missing!. We had the work from home special, the gyro with the gogreek fries. Best gyro (roasted pork) I ever had, so juicy and mouth watery and the go fries the right amount of feta and oregano. The chicken souvlaki, so juicy and tasty. All the meats are marinated to perfection, can't wait to go back and try their zesti gogreek wings. Definitely recommend and will be back!.

I've ordered here three times. The food is phenomenal! Their hummus and dips I could literally eat every day. Leroy place loves your food. Keep it up!

Food tastes amazing, great seasoning, classic and original menu items. Top reception with fast service. Great lunchtime spot especially if you on the clock and a great place to grab a bite those days you don't want to cook. I can't forget to mention the original soda and desserts 😋

The food was incredible my wife and I were very impressed with the gyro it's the closest that we've had to a gyro in Greece when we were on our wedding trip. The service was very good and a tentative the pricing was great we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you GoGreek

GoGreek is a welcome addition to Pelham. I am still savoring the taste of the chicken souvlaki sandwich I had earlier. The gluten-free pita is a nice touch as I am gluten sensitive. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite go-to spots.

During this health emergency we got gyro and grape leaves. It was yummy and the staff was very nice. I’m glad they’re open. I’ll definitely continue to get food from them.

GO GREEK food is delicious. They have been so wonderful making sure that the frontline Healthcare workers are being feed during this crisis. The ICU staff at Montefiore New Rochelle greatly appreciate you and your kindness. You guys are the best.

Ordered from here a couple of times. The chili was fabulous. The pitas and gyro are also very delicious. Will be back soon.
