HealthSource of Ohio - Loveland Family Practice

I don't understand all the bad reviews here. I haven't been to a doctor in over 10 years and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Thomas Meyers. I don't like going to the doctor at all but literally everyone here was so nice and made me feel comfortable.They called me right away with tests results and answered off my questions. It was easy to make my new patient appointment and I didn't have to wait once I got there. I'm happy with my choice to go here.

I definitely have to give this place 5 star's.
Dr. Stephenson saw me last minute and late in the day for returning strep that was working it's way to my ears. I recommended her to mother as well and and my kid's are comfortable with her too. Big big thank you!! 😊

I have no problem with this place. My doctor is really nice and accommodative. The intake P.A. got a little uppity with me when I told her part of my visit intent involved requesting prescription for a medication I have been prescribed my whole life from my previous out of state doctor, despite me having proof of med records and proof of my schooling and job, etc. But overall they're all friendly on the phone, at the desk, and again my doctor is cool. First name is Molly. I forget her last name. I'm straightforward and honest and they seem to get stuff done very timely. So I'm happy. Plus they have good location relative to me.

This place is wonderful. The receptionist at check in went above and beyond to help me get approved for the sliding scale program so that I could afford the medical care I need. The doctors including Dr. Binkley and Dr. Bruner took their time to meet with me and made sure I felt heard and understood. They even set me up with their Medicaid outreach program which got me covered with medicaid the same day as my appointment! They made sure that I knew that even though I'm not well off financially I still deserve the best medical care I can get.

They really listened to my needs and honored them. I have never been able to get through a blood test without passing out until now! They were kind enough to send 3 nurses into my room who comforted me and talked me through the test. I felt that I had known them for years, yet I only met them once! They know what they are doing!

The absolute best job I've ever had and I've never seen providers that care so much and work so hard to help their patients

Nicole Jones is absolutely one of the best Pediatricians in there. She always gave me excellent advice with my son and was always such a wonderful doctor with always fitting us in that day when my son was sick. She went above and Beyond.

Dr Stephenson is the best dr I've been to in awhile. She was super nice and u can tell she actually cares. I highly recommend her

I have used them as long as I can remember and have never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Menard and Dr. Bruner are great!

The new Health Source in Goshen Ohio is off and running! Exceptional patient care. There a shoe in at 5 stars
