That one bad review here is non-sensical. A lady wont take no for an answer about her start up dog walking business leasing industrial land. Tamerlain is great to work with. Have more market knowledge and experience than any commercial brokers in their area of Bronx and Westchester. Universally liked by all owners and brokers.

EDITED: Realtor was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I made a simple inquiry about a space. I would not use this business or any realtors associated with them after this interaction.

The realtor (owner?) doubled down after my review and suggested in an email that I should have been ignored from the start. He assumed with no reason that we couldn't afford their real estate. He was incredibly rude yet again and advised us twice to do something we legally cannot do. Highly unprofessional. If you are a small business, stay away from this company. They will tell you that you can’t afford them and per their response to my review, that you’ve wasted their time by inquiring.

I would be ashamed if any of my employees spoke to a prospective client that way, I couldn’t imagine doubling down. An absolute shame. If you respect yourself or your business, stay clear of this business. Not worth the ignorance and disrespect. How crazy it was of me to make an inquiry about a space.
