On Christmas night a deer hit my car. A week later the insurance company decided to total it. We told Jack exactly what we wanted the next morning and by the end of the day he had it on the lot. No compromises either. And found incentives, + a great $0 deductible warranty for 7 yrs! Highly recommended!

I have had a bit of bad luck lately. It was nice to come in and see my car all fixed up and running her best.
Even better she was all cleaned up on the outside I had to look twice I think she was smiling and caught her winking at me.

Wonderful, family-owned dealership with less of a corporate feel and more friendly atmosphere. They were accommodating and gracious, answering every question and trying to find the best deal for me with financing. The Sales Manager, Pete, is a great guy who went out of his way to check in with me on the purchase of the car and was never high-pressure. I would recommend this dealership for new or used cars to anyone!

We drove an hour and a half to get there. The process was quick and painless, and there were no surprises that would have hindered the deal that was made over the phone. Carol Blair was amazing and we would definitely buy from her again.

I took my Silverado in for body repair due to hitting a deer. The passenger side fender, headlamp bezel, grill and bumper, door curl and dents to rocker panel and small dent in front of hood. All parts were replaced and all dents removed. My truck looked like it was new...they even re-painted the entire hood, waxed and buffed it out. Midway body shop exceeded my expectations. Air bag sensors were replaced. Nothing was left out, but I really appreciated the effort put into repainting, waxing and buffing out body parts as my hood looks like it was replaced by a new one.. Great job by Midway Chevrolet body shop, thank you so much!

We were at the dealership for our oil change and service check covered because of a certified vehicle. They were quick to get us in and out. The sales guys came out and chatted with us and the service manager gave my son a hot wheels car for being good while we waited. Overall, it went well

Great service department, office staff and ownership. But, very disappointed with
GM outside of the dealership- if it was not for my relationship with Midway and the
Ownership (having built their new facility), I would not buy a GM product. GM does
not treat smaller dealerships well- they only cater to mega dealers!! This needs to
stop- treat them all equally.

My parents have been going to Midway for 30+ years and they are fantastic to work with. I am happy to keep with tradition and count on Midway for all of my own vehicle needs!

I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience with Midway Chevrolet. I own a GMC Sierra 2500 and was towing a camper out to Pymatuning SP when it began to overheat. I was getting “coolant low” indications and my temp was almost into the red. As I was driving out 322 and wondering where to pull over, I saw Midway Chevy and immediately pulled in. The service manager took me around the side of the building, the mechanic got my truck jacked up (with the camper attached!) and crawled under it immediately to find the problem. Turns out it was a 1/4 inch coolant hose that had come off because it wasn’t set properly from the factory and it was leaking coolant very slowly until it finally let go. After a quick new hose clamp and some coolant, I was back on my way in less than an hour. While they were working on the truck, my family was graciously taken to the waiting room and really looked after by the staff. They absolutely saved our camping trip. This is what you expect from a small town car dealership and Midway Chevy delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to buy or service any of my vehicles here.

Staff is always courteous and friendly.! Midway goes out of their way to provide great service and sales. I always recommend the work they do and the sales team is great!
