Nearly 5 years ago we stopped smoking and started vaping, soon after we found district 4. Time and time again I find myself coming back there after trying a different shop. They are the best in my opinion, super friendly, helpful, and I've never felt a bad vibe. They have never over priced anything and they offer a point system for every dollar spent. This is a great Vape shop. I've been a customer for several years and have always received great advice and recommendations. They have a pretty good selection of juice and devices coupled with a good customer rewards program.

Whether you are an experienced vaper or just getting started this is the ONLY place to go. It is the only place I go, passing no less than 10 other vape stores on my 30 min drive to District 4. They are very knowledgeable and friendly as can be, they also have a rewards program which is awesome! You won't be disappointed.

I have had consistently excellent service at District 4 for a number of months now. No one in the area carried the coils I was looking for so they ordered them - and now stock them - because I asked; not only that they charged me less than anything I could find online! The people here are down to earth and know what they are selling and talking about. I won't be shopping anywhere else in the area from now on.

Knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of devices and juices, including CBD. They are super laid back and its always a comfortable shopping experience. Likely to be my regular shop, worth going a bit out of my way.

Staff takes time to teach anyone new to vaping all the safety from mod operations to set up and cleaning. If you are new to RDA they take the time to explain how it works explain ohms law and teach you about the safety of building for your battery not just what looks cool. Safety and education is #1 for this shop sales come second

Awesome shop, hands down the best shop within at least a 50 mile radius, maybe farther... I used to have to drive a decent drive to go to the Ashland location then luckily Jerry opened one in chesapeake.. they have the best prices, the biggest selection, nice, polite, helpful, courteous and knowledgable employees.. and they hands down have the biggest and best selection of juices, wether it be name brand, or house blends... I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market for some new gear, or juice... u will not be disappointed! And the atmosphere is great, it's a good spot to just go shoot the breeze and get away from life for a bit..
