The staff and doctors at the clinic love what they do and it shows. We get calls before and after appointments, checking up on our service dog Steven. Their prices are really good too as we are always on a budget. They are default vet every time.

Definitely go here i have a bunch of dogs and if anything ever happens to them i know where to go the workers are kind amazing and friendly yeah theres some days where mistakes happen but its just mistakes its not like everything is perfect pets are still getting taken care of and getting better thats all that matters your there for your pets the only reason why you’d ever be there. It has good service and a great manager the vet assistant(Destiny) is wonderful shes kind and she always works hard you can tell they love what they do and want to help your pets so I definitely recommend.

My daughter lives in jonesboro ark.( she just moved down there in July) she had an emergency over the weekend with my granddog. Their dog Tucker was not acting right and they couldn't find anyone down there to look at him without it costing $700-$1000 and most of the vets were not seeing new animals not even in an emergency . My daughter and her fiance came all the way up here from jonesboro and it was a saturday morning and they tried holden and they couldnt get him in so.i called pleasant hill animal clinic and they got my granddog in that day. They ran blood work and gave daughter medicine for him. They were really good with my granddog and unfortunately there were other issues he had that he had to go back for on Monday. They had to have him.put down but the staff there was so good to my daughter and son in law and they were so comforting and understanding. I will highly recommend this place

Pleasant's Animal Hospital saw and treated my sick elderly cat when no one else would (not even as an emergency). The staff has calm soft tone voices and they move around with quiet efficiency. This is what put me at ease about leaving my best pal alone, in a strange place, for the first time. The cost though high, was no more than anywhere else and we'll worth it. My buddy was feeling better by evening, and his social loving self the next morning! My experience with Pleasant's Animal Hospital was excellent!

Very affordable for dogs, poultry,and cats. Excellent care. Egg Bound hens get the star treatment. Staff is phenomenal and caring 😻🐶🐔 Spud the footless rooster loves the staff!

Very positive experiences with Pleasant's Animal Hospital. Excellent service, prices seem to be more reasonable than other places, and they're very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone in need. I had 3 cats. Last year, Fluffhead passed away. I took him there for cremation service. Afterwards, I received a heartfelt card signed by the entire staff. Cats and dogs alike, would benefit from their attention.

Went today as new emergency patient for my cat worked me in asap I gave my cat OTC eat mite medicine never again!very good and knowledgeable care my cat was very sick within two hrs being home he's improving staff is excellent prices reasonable can't thank them enough especially working me in. Very first experience here, and it was AMAZING. definitely will be coming back. Very affordable and the staff was amazing with our dog.

This month has been a hard month for my family. We had 2 German Shepards who were 12 and 11. Both were suffering with hip issues. It was time to let them cross the rainbow bridge. On 9/8/22 and 9/23/22 we had to make the difficult decision for them. Our regular vet wanted approximately $800 each for euthanasia and private cremation. I had heard good things about this office so I called them and was quoted $350. When entering the hospital, the staff was friendly and sympathetic to our situation. They treated my family and our fur babies with a level of respect and compassion that was amazing. On 9/8 everything went very smooth and on time. On 9/23 we walked into the office being short staffed due to illness and in the middle of an emergency surgery for someones fur baby who was attacked by another dog. The staff quickly and professionally explained the situation so we knew this was going to take a while. For 3 ladies who were short staffed and extremely busy, they handled myself and every other family with kindness and respect. They continued to give us updates on the situation and allowed us a private room to give our girl extra love and attention while we waited. I have 2 much younger fur babies who will now be patients of this facility for the remainder of their lives. While we have been with our old vet for years, we can’t beat the professionalism, kindness and pricing of this office, from our first phone call to both of these visits. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing vet services. They even light a candle and request everyone in the facility to talk quietly while other families are having to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to their pet! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Great animal loving business for keeping your pets healthy. De Meranda was kind and gentle to my lil’ pup. Didn’t over sell unneeded things and treatments. Good place.

Staff is great with my dogs. Everything is clean. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Very caring and are wonderful to the animals. We took a kitten that had something in her eye. They gave her a thorough going over. She now has beautiful eyes and weighs 1pound 11ounces. Very nice people. Try them.
