I was stranded on the side of the highway with my 10 month old daughter an hour away from home, and Valley Towing came to the rescue! They were fast to arrive and then gave honest and good advice once on the scene. They ended up having to tow my car to Walmart for a new tire. When Walmart then surprised me and wouldn't put the new tire on my car for me so I could drive the hour home, Valley came back to do it for me. They made an extremely stressful situation more tolerable to deal with. Really appreciated their professionalism and kindness...you don't always get that from towing companies!

I want to praise the guys at valley towing. Unfortunately I was in an accident and was having trouble dealing with the situation and valley came to my rescue. They were calm and talked to me with empathy. These guys were very helpful throughout my whole experience. I recommend them to everyone who wants someone to care about them in times of trouble. Honestly a great tow company they helped me in a very big way and especially with financial type of way they are honestly great people who will give honest people who care I would definitely recommend them if you need a reliable tow from a company who will kindly and considerately work with you if you need a place to call I would recommend!!!

Excellent experience. Called and was told it would take 30-45 minutes to get a tow. The truck arrived in just 20 minutes. Chase was professional and very kind.

I can not praise the excellent service I just received from Valley Towing!! I was stuck in the snow (at the cemetery) and Brad from Valley Towing came to the rescue!! He was nice, courteous and professional. I have to admit that I called a different company first but got nothing but a run-around from them. After my son's accident, they did a good job towing and advised us on what we should do as far as getting the vehicle ready for a total right off. They educated us on state law pertaining to leins. Very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us regain our personal property.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of running out of charge for my car while returning home. After several hours of trying to contact a towing company, Valley Towing was the only company to take my call and provided an excellent timeframe to be taken care of. I’m so extremely appreciative of them and the work they did. They were extremely efficient, timely, and kind. Couldn’t be more pleased to be able to work with Valley Towing.

Valley Towing came to the rescue after my kiddo and I ended up stranded with a flat on 71 in the middle of the night. The service was quick and our driver was very friendly and helpful. He even followed us for a little while to make sure we were okay and honked to let us know when he left. I was very impressed and grateful for the help!

I would recommend these guys to anyone! Initially I called a different towing company and when the guy came to check out the car he seemed lazy and like he didn't really want to help. He said his truck was malfunctioning and that I should call someone else.. I called multiple different places, and Valley Towing was the most affordable by far! The guys that showed up were extremely helpful and professional.

My husband and I had an accident on our road trip that left our car undriveable. The trooper at the scene called Valley Towing. The owner, Brad, came out and was very, very helpful. Wrecking your car in an unfamiliar place on a Sunday 500 miles from home leaves you with not great options to get back on the road, but Brad had a number of helpful suggestions and even drove us and the car over to the place where we were able to get a replacement vehicle so we could move our stuff.

We're very thankful to Valley Towing and Brad for helping us out in a tight spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing 24 hour service. Fast and reliable. I recieved a tow and a ride back to my house, the insurance covered the rest. Also I was able to go to the yard where my vehicle was being stored at my own convenience. Overall very good towing service, would highly recommend.

Brad is amazing! Locked my keys out of my Jeep after getting off of a long shift on my feet all day. They showed up quickly, took the time to not damage my car door, and got the job done right! So sad that people use a review site to involve those who have never dealt with the company to bash them and bring their ratings down. Very professional and made the process less stressful! Brad was excellent!! He called around and helped me find someone to fix my flat tire on a holiday weekend! He went above and beyond! I will definitely be calling valley for future towing needs!!

These guys were amazing! My wife and I were driving late one night in the pouring rain, then I started to hear a thumping from the front tire. Being my wife’s car she didn’t have any tools to change it so I called Valley Towing these guys were absolutely fantastic! In a short time they had a guy on sight working hard to get us taken care of and back on the road. Thank you very much Brad!

I exclusively use Valley Towing for all tows, jump starts, and lockouts I've needed. The most recent experience was after my car broke down on 71. They got to me quickly and as always, was fairly priced. They got my car loaded up and got me and the car to the mechanic. Very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My wife locked her keys in her car and Brad was there in 10 minutes and took the time to not damage the car! Needless to say I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again! Great service and great person!
