This place is great. All the employees are nice and ready to help. They are a small bank but starting to get bigger.

They have been improving their online banking which has been helpful would like to see Point Of Sale options.

I absolutely hate this bank, they rob people. My dad is 79 and they said he has over draft but then he don't. I have called an still can't do his online banking. They took my and my husband's truck that had insurance to cover it when he passed and sold it when I had nothing else to drive and isn't that what we get insurance on things in the first place for. There very, very rude. I only use them cause it's the only place local that's that close.

Fortunately everyone I passed going into the bank and coming out of the bank was very friendly. Unfortunately the employees inside the bank my brother and I had contact with were not. Sad when all you get is empty stares even when you give a friendly nod and a couple hellos with not even a smile or response back. Just blank stares even after trying to lighten the mood. Talk about making people feel uncomfortable coming back to a county they actually started their early childhood and schooling at. Shaking my head. You can do better! We are all human, how would you feel on the other side of things?

My grandpa has banked here for years but recently he has had a LOT of fraud on his account. He’s 73 so he doesn’t order anything on line. Since he’s had this fraud they have taken his debit card from him. Yep they have taken his ability to use his account. Now he has made the call to switched to a different bank and they have refused to let him have his account numbers in order to change his money. They have him a six digit number.
In conclusion this man has gave them his business for years and they refuse to let him have access and the choice to take him money elsewhere. So i gave them a one star, if i could Give them less i would.
