Valley Health - Southside

My daughter is 4 months old and we’ve been seeing Dr. Traci at Valley health Southside since she was born. I cannot recommend Dr.Traci enough. She is absolutely phenomenal. She is so down to earth and answered all of our crazy first time parent questions without hesitation. She’s given us great advice and does so well with my baby girl. I am so incredibly thankful for her. The nurses and front desk staff are equally is friendly. They remember us every visit and love giving my girl all the attention. This office feels more like family to us. Plus, they have an after hours on call which has really came in handy!! We were able to get a prescription right away when my daughter got a yeast infection on a Friday evening instead of having to wait all weekend for the next business day.

My daughter had a wellness visit. She was see on time of appointment. The nurse was nice and efficient. Than we saw her doctor of 12 years. She is the best. Doctor is easy to talk to and always has answers. We have never had a problem with anyone there. They are the best of the best. 😊

I switched my daughter's doctor from KY to VHSS here in Huntington, WV and I am absolutely so happy with the decision.The nurses, staff, and her doctor Tonya Lewis were just simply amazing. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel at home and welcome. The doctor was very thorough and getting a follow up appointment was quick n easy.

New to the area and had my 3 year olds check up with Tonya Lewis. The nurse, staff and Ms. Lewis were all so super kind and patient. Loved how each exam room was decorated a different theme and played disney music throughout the facility. Super clean and organized.

We absolutely love the providers and staff at the Valley Health Southside Office! The receptionists are always quick to answer the phones, friendly and helpful, and are always attentive to our needs. The nursing staff is friendly, efficient, engaging with my kids, and always make our visits a lot of fun. We have seen nearly all of the providers for sick or well visits, and they always go above and beyond to take care of my kids. They are timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, as well as kind, caring, empathic, and absolutely phenomenal when interacting with kids. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire Southside office. Thank you for all you do for me and my kids!

I couldn’t be happier here. My daughter turned 18 and tried her best to stay because she doesn’t want any other doctors! My younger boys have been to see Traci Philips since they were born and we plan on staying here for good! 10/10 recommend!

Can not say enough good things about valley health south side , We love love love our pediatrician! The nurses are very loving and caring as well. They’re offices are very clean and staff is very friendly they treat you as family and also offer sliding scales for lower income families . Highly recommend!!

I love the nurses there they are so good to my girls and Dr. Misty Strow is always wonderful with them and she listens to me about everything going on with the girls We have been going there for almost 12 years wouldn’t go anywhere else

Love them they took care of my triplets since they came home from the Nicu. They treated my babies with love, and took care of every problem fast! They are the best!

Dr Strow is the absolute best and I couldn’t imagine trusting another doctor with my kids. She’s the best!!!
