The UPS Store

They're efficient and nice. There's usually a line but it moves quickly. They're the only UPS drop off in the area, so there's always a short wait. The employees work quickly but they always smile and exchange pleasantries while helping customers and that makes the short wait well worth it. No one, not customer or staff, wants to deal with a cranky pants, and, at this location, no one has to.

The employees are always accommodating to the customer, and they provide help with any type of shipping and Office services. They are fast and efficient so you are in and out in a matter of minutes. This is the only UPS store exchange that I will go to, and it is out of my way about an hour. But it is definitely worth it.

I Love the UPS Store the people that worked there. Great, if you don't know how to send an email to them or know how to get your return slip off your phone they can do everything you need to do. All I do is pay dollar something and they fix everything I need. I love it

For here 10 till 3pm. They are supposed to close at 3pm on Sunday. I drove 20 mins fo get here and the door is locked and gate is down. Generally my fav ups but not anymore one star

Edit: 5 star now....he called me back and let me in and shipped my things to make it right.

No waiting. Friendly , professional, inexpensive. Will return. Highly recommend it

I left my phone at Backyard Pizza Saturday night, they don’t open until Tuesday…by then I was back in Wisconsin.
My guy called the UPS Store to get a label and possible pickup. Elizabeth (at UPS) went above and beyond going to the restaurant to pick up my phone in her own time after she was done with work.
I was SO thankful 🥹 What a wonderful thing she did. She didn’t have to, but she understood the urgency and responded as if it were her situation!!
My phone was packaged perfectly and arrived safely thanks to the team work and extra kindness from Elizabeth (and my sweet bf).
Thank you UPS and Elizabeth for helping me through my tech crisis. 🙏🏼

I always get personal friendly customer service at my UPS Store

Holly went beyond her job description to help me find my dog. I went there yesterday (9-2-22) to get some fliers printed off to alert the neighborhood about him being missing. She was a tremendous help, so patient, and I would recommend anyone to this UPS store. 10/10 customer service.

Kinda sad seeing negative reviews for UPS on here and not the privately owned store. If you want to review UPS don't do it here because you are only hurting a small business owner who has no connection with the deliveries or drivers. The store isn't perfect but they aren't the ones breaking your stuff on trucks or delivering your stuff to the wrong place.

People working were friendly didn't take long to be waited on with no problem.

The people working here are always helpful and prompt and sensible. Sometimes UPS' shipping rates are a little ridiculous. But the people at the counter can't really help that. And I trust that they're trying to give me the best deal.

I am at this store at least 3-4 times a week. The entire staff there are great and very helpful but Frank is EXCELLENT! I look forward to seeing his smiling face when I am in there.
