The 5 stars are for Dr.Gerald Wasko, nurses and staff…..NOT FOR APRN Nicholas Hrelec, avoid him if you can!

He gave me an antibiotic for a virus… and didn’t even sit down to talk to me, he makes it seem like he could literally not care less and doesn’t have time for you, he spent about a minute and a half in the room. Dr. Wasko however is so amazing and takes his time with me every time and explains everything and listens…love him!:)

I saw over 10 different doctors and this is the only one that told me I had multiple sclerosis. I was finally diagnosed 2 weeks after I saw him.

I couldn't thank my nurse particiner Dr. Debate enough. After going to a different express care twice, I received literally nothing to help me. One look at me and he knew just what I needed to get better after 9 days of being sick. The front desk staff was nice too, I would definitely return .

I came here to be tested for COVID-19. The staff was great, clean facility, and the staff took every precaution and even asked a gentleman behind me to move further back to ensure at least a 6 ft distance. I was seen quickly. From when I stepped in and stepped out, it was only about 15 mins. I highly recommend this place!

I had to get 2 Covid tests through all of this. The first time it was in the beginning . Had good experiences both times. Except this last time nobody noted I called back about my results so they kept calling me every single day and started calling my emergency contacts and so I called back to have them notate I got my results already and the receptionist was RUDE . Wouldn’t let me explain and then got an attitude when I just asked to notate my file that I received my results . She seemed to hate her life .

I will never come back here. Scheduled an appointment for an annual check up. I waited for an hour in their waiting room and watched multiple walk-ins go in before me. Lady at the front desk reassured me that I will be seen and to sit down. Finally, the assistant acknowledged my long wait and took me back. She admitted to me it was because I was a new patient and nobody else wanted to do the extra paperwork. Ugh.
Foolishly returned a month later for bloodwork. Called before arrival and was reassured as long as I arrived before 10 am, then my blood work could be drawn. Rearranged my whole morning and got there at 9:45 am. They said I was too late and to return another day before 10 am. It was such a frustrating experience. I’m a busy student and am stuck in classes or clinicals most mornings. Staff was incredibly rude throughout the whole process. I will never go back.

Horrible experience, and service , poor response, no follow-up return calls concerning test results. Bathroom was disgustingly filthy. If possible DO NOT visit this facility. Mercy Health can do better their service is not free.

Whoever you go to see, avoid Dr. Grace McCracken. She doesn't have a compassionate bone in her body, she's rude. One of those doctors who doesn't listen to her patients. May the Most High God have mercy on her soul.

I got here at 2:55 and literally watched people come in be seen and leave and im still sitting here lol.
