After dealing with a never ending insurance claim from water and mold damage we were referred to Eric and his crew to help get our home siding fixed. Due to the nature of the repair work that was needed we ended up needing our entire home re-sided. Eric spent countless hours dealing with our insurance adjuster to make sure we would come out with a home that would be put back together the right way. With new siding being needed and the age of our home we ended up deciding to replace all of the windows at the same time. Eric, Lee and Carlos were thoughtful, respectful and super helpful in deciding on windows and siding to achieve the look we ultimately wanted. Once materials were ordered and lead time passed materials were delivered and worked promptly started the next day. In a weeks time Erics crew stripped and replaced vinyl siding on a 2200+sq ft home and 23 windows replaced (including a custom ordered arched front window). Erics team worked long hours in the summer heat and continued to work while we traveled for vacation all the while keeping us apprised of any issues that arose via phone calls, texts or face time. We can not say enough good things about Bucci roofing (other than they should change the name because it’s not just roofs they do!) There are not enough words to express how seamlessly Eric worked with us to make our (my vision!) come to life after the nightmare we’d been dealing with for the previous 10 months since we found our leak. Bucci roofing is the place to go when looking for a SOLID company to replace your roof. From the minute we reached out all the way to them installing the roof they were fantastic! They handled everything with our insurance company which took a lot of stress away from an already stressful situation. Lee and Devin came and inspected and they were literally the nicest people ever. We were able to reach out whenever we had questions and they came to our home multiple times to walk us through the process. 10/10 recommend!!

Choosing a roofing company can be confusing process. Reading the reviews about companies and the nightmares encountered was startling. Calling Bucci Roofing was an experience that put our mind at ease. From the beginning to the end Eric told us what to expect from ordering the materials to clean up. Our roof being 30 squares, Bucci Roofing started and ended the same day. His cleanup crew was impeccable. We did not encounter any nails, shingles or mess anywhere in the yard and the roof looks AMAZING. We would recommend Bucci Roofing to anyone!

Eric Bucci and crew recently did a super job in repairing and replacing the front roof of our home. We more recently had him repair and replace wall, window and gutter siding on the front of the house. Again, Eric did a superior job in identifying the hidden roots of the problems; and, his knowledgeable, hard working crew did an excellent job in getting the work done. They worked precisely and thoroughly in making the necessary repairs to the house. Eric was thorough in his evaluation and transparent in guiding us through the condition of our roof, and helping us understand what we needed. His team started and finished on time despite the hurdles of an old roof, and the clean up was really immaculate. I have very clear criteria when searching for a company for a major home improvement; personal referral - check; sense of trustworthiness - check; knowledgeable - check; going above and beyond - check and double check; budget - check, check, check, check. I didn't have to sacrifice budget to go with my first choice roofing company. In fact they came in with the lowest quote that already included a lot of details that other companies charged as an additional line item. Highly recommend Eric and Devin Bucci and their entire teams. The entire roof job was done in less than a day and a half! AMAZING!!!!

My wife and I are young, first time homeowners. We would usually hear nothing but horror stories when it came to finding people to work on roofs/windows/any sort of thing related to the home. Eric Bucci and his crew are amazing. Based on reviews, I contacted Eric to come out and give me an estimate with regards to some wind damage, and potential replacement of all shingles. He goes out of his way to explain the entire process, and takes time to answer questions. He handled everything with regards to the insurance company,and the claims process. As a result, we were able to get the entire roof replaced. His crew took time and covering areas that needed to be covered prior to stripping the roof, and the work was spot on superior work. Throughout the day, Eric and his son stopped by to check on the status of work, and reached out to me both times to see if I had any concerns. I had waited many years, at least 6 or more and saved money to get my old roof replaced on house and garage. The workers were thorough and got whole roof on house and garage completed in 1 day. .feeling confident that work is good quality, professional.and my quote fairly priced. ..the estimate and contract very detailed so everything spelled out to what exactly was included in the price. Workers did good job, including clean up.

NIGHT AND DAY
We live in an old farmhouse built in 1858 near Chepachet. Over 15 years ago we had new shingles installed on our house and three outbuildings. The experience was a stop-and-go nightmare that would drag on for an entire summer. Ten years later, the shingles began to prematurely curl and crumble and when I started looking into any warranty and replacement options, I hit a dead end and discovered that the contractor was bankrupt and out of business.
So, when choosing a roofing contractor for the second time, we were looking for a fair quote and the assurance that having new shingles installed would be quick, painless, and that our new contractor had the qualifications and integrity that we required. The fact that Bucci Roofing is an accredited BBB business with an A+ rating and an Owens Corning preferred contractor who also specializes in insurance claims for wind and hail damage went a long way towards convincing us that we should go with Bucci Roofing.

The actual process was nothing short of amazing. Eric Bucci showed up early with a large crew of diligent workers. Teams were assigned to each building and, after spreading tarps to catch the debris, they quickly stripped all roofs down to bare plywood. The ice and water shields, drip edging and synthetic felt were carefully and professionally installed. Shingles quickly followed and at the end of the first day the work on all four buildings was almost complete. In fact, they returned early the next morning to finish one small section of roof and to cleanup. Cleanup was thorough and damage to existing bushes and plants was minimal. The roofs look GREAT and this was by far the best experience this homeowner has had working with a contractor since becoming a homeowner twenty years ago.

I’m not the type of person that normally does reviews but Eric Bucci is so incredible that I absolutely have to do one. Shortly after purchasing my home I began to notice signs of roof damage. I contacted Bucci roofing and Eric Bucci met my father at my home and looked at the roof. He advised me of what needed to be done and provided me with a detailed bid. I live out of state and without any agreement or confirmation that I was going to go with his company or have the roof replaced by him, he went on the roof and did some repairs to try to help us keep the damage to a minimum and not get any worse. He took pictures and made multiple trips to my property to help me in any way possible. After some time I was able to move forward with the roof replacement and I couldn’t have found a better company. Bucci roofing is one of a kind, and Eric is absolutely amazing. He’s extremely kind hearted and genuine and he went above and beyond for me multiple times. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was using and explained the whole process and the purpose of the products in full detail. He was extremely helpful and even gave me references for other contractors that I was looking for. He even did some repairs on some of my window areas that he found to be rotten. He could’ve just did what he was there to do and not told me anything like many contractors do, but he found a problem I was unaware of and repaired it for me without question. That says a lot about someone and the way they do business. I’m so grateful to have found him and I wish he did all general contracting because I wouldn’t have to look any further. There are not many people like him and he takes pride in his work and does the job the right way even with me being in another state he sent me pictures each day of the process and kept me informed throughout the entire job. I felt completely safe working with him and I knew I wouldn’t have to look over anything he did because he was so meticulous. If you’re in need of any roof repair or replacement this is the company to hire. I can’t say enough good things about Bucci roofing and I will be doing siding with him in the future. I am now a customer for life and so is my entire family!
