Had a pretty large job: clearing roots and relining about 65' of an old cast iron pipe out to the curb. Took a little over two days and Rob and his crew were great. Very friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Left the place spotless. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again - highly recommend!

Rob was very responsive to an urgent call, water backing up into our basement/garage. He was knowledgeable and explained the root cause. He gave me the solution to fix the issue myself in the future. I’d recommend him to anyone in need, Rob has the expertise.

I had an emergency with my sewer pipe and they got there the same day I called, resolved the issue quickly and then came back the following week for the longer term solution. They were responsive to our initial calls, explained everything during the inspection visit, followed up immediately with a detailed quote, provided high quality work with a professional team, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the job was done. All this and we came in under budget which was transparently communicated. Responsive, honest and high quality is how we would describe our experience. and definitely would recommend to others without reservation. Wish there were more businesses with this level of service!

Thank god we sent the first people who arrived and this local company came in and explained what was happening with our pipes after looking through a camera. We have an older home and the material used on our pipes through the decades is varied to say the least. Friendly .. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, no desperate crazy quote and sales pitch. RI based (watch out for RI phone numbers with no address!!)

Service was prompt and professional. Rob very quickly diagnosed the problem and in short order has the drain running like new. Before leaving he wanted to make sure all sinks, tubs and toilets drained smoothly for several minutes just to make sure there was nothing else that crop up later. Had a septic back up late one night. I called a lot of companies and either got no answer (despite advertising 24 hour service) or that they couldn't come out. I didn't care about it being after hours- I could not use any sink, toilet, tub in my house without an overflow- with a family of 6, I couldn't wait. Through a google search- I found Professional Drain Services of SNE and Rob answered right away, asked me a few diagnostic type questions over the phone and came right out. It was past midnight. He was so nice, professional, and sensitive to the fact that I had sleeping family and neighbors. He fixed the issue, and triple checked that it was solved, cleaned up and was on his way in about an hour and a half. I totally expected an enormous bill, but was pleasantly surprised and found the amount to be fair and reasonable. Sent an email to me while I was standing there with an option to pay online (very easy and convenient). He also accepted checks. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this company and I will only use them for my septic/plumbing services from now on.

The service and hustle of Rob, Bob, and John for our plumbing problems was commendable. The drain line going out to the septic tank, that sits four feet under, had to be dug up and repaired, it turned out. They figured out the problem quickly -- between their years of know-how, smarts, and range of equipment -- and followed through. They came back the next day, as soon as the rain let up some, and had us back to functioning. So, we were without indoor plumbing for only 1.5 days, thankfully.

And gratefully. It is hard to articulate what makes Professional Drain Services stand far above most service companies. Basically they're just great in all the important things -- fair pricing, honesty, experience, and communication. And not least, speed of service! They work super hard. Rob may have to get more help soon, very possibly. They are b-u-s-y.

Rob and his crew went above and beyond on my job, they are very professional and knowledgeable. But were very down to earth and friendly. They fixed my problem and did a great clean up job as well.
