Bluewater Poke

The BEST poke in town. Hardly any seating inside though so you’ll want to take it home. Prices are really reasonable, we did two people for under $30.

It's a very convenient location, quality food, the service was excellent and affordable price. I will definitely visit it again.

This is an absolutely fantastic poke spot. They have more varieties of proteins than any other shop I have been to. The owners are very nice, seem to care a lot about their customers and ensure that all the ingredients are the freshest they can be. I enjoyed a three scoop combo and each one of the proteins was fantastic and the add-ins really made it. The lady owner even made me a custom sauce to my liking and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bluewater poke to anybody!

Down in Redlands today and looking for a boba place and found this interesting place.

I tried this place for the first time today and although their prices are a little up there. The taste was amazing while healthy and full of protein plus a rose milk tea that actually taste like rose. I'll definitely being going back again. Custom service exceeded my expectations. If it's your first time there, they'll take the time to explain it , while also making recommendations according to your taste pallet. I would seriously recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! If you like sushi I'm sure you'll enjoy Blue Water Poke. They're consistent and delicious. I am usually here once a week to have lunch. It's just that good. There's so many options to choose from but it's not overwhelming. You choose a desired size bowl, which determines how many proteins you can have (you can also add more for a fee). You choose your base, what proteins you want, add/mix-ins, choice of sauces from light to heavy, and toppings if desired. There's also a selection of drinks as well. It's prepared right in front of you and it's not much of a wait to complete a bowl if there's no line. If there is a line the longest I've waited was 15 minutes max. It's refreshing and not heavy like most fast foods I've had. Try this out one day if you're feeling something refreshing.

I didn't know what Poke was before, but thanks to this place it's the one thing I've been missing out on. When you go in you can choose 2, 3, or 4 scoops of either brown or white rice. For protein, I get shrimp and octopus (choice of 2). For my mix-ins I get cucumber, avocado, edamame, ginger, pineapple, sesame seeds, and green onions. For my sauce, I get mango habanero. I also get crispy onions and hot cheetos for my dry toppings on top. It's soooo good! Other perks, everyone is super friendly and they have a variety of unsweetened and sweetened teas and boba :)

I do delivery service here although there is a wait, you actually see the dish being prepared with fresh items, you really know what you're getting.

Great find in Redlands. Will drive 🚗 25 miles there because none as good as this near me that I know of. Great service and excellent choices for proteins and toppings.

First time coming here& definitely won't be the last! Apart from it being delicious! I love the simplified menu. I've been to some other places where there is just to many add him & so much to choose from that it's very confusing. This place keeps it simple and does Poki as it should be!

Love this place! It does get quite busy during lunch time so ordering ahead and picking up inside, I feel, is best! Staff is always trying their best to make everyone's experience great, especially for first-timers who don't know exactly how to order. Their drinks are delicious as well! This is my favorite spot for poke!

I've been wanting to try place for a while, and after finally going, I can see why it's popular. Friendly and helpful staff. Great poke options, and tasty sauces. If you're looking for a Poke place in Redlands, this is a solid choice.

My second time back and you get so much food! Not living in Redlands anymore, you're paying for freshness and everything is very fresh! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and I feel like because it is fresh seafood, you are getting your value for sure. The tuna looks high quality.
