Sean and all the Technicians at this Service Center are and always have been the best Mechanics and provide the best customer Service and getting everything done correctly the first time. They are honest and never try to sell any services that are not needed. The Landmark Lincoln staff are definitely a model that all businesses should follow.

Service Advisor Robert was great to work with! I Explained I needed my vehicle back by Thursday when I dropped it off on a Tuesday Morning for a leak covered under warranty. He assured me if parts were to be ordered we could reschedule the service and I would have my vehicle by end of day Thursday. I received a call a few hours later that my repair has been completed and my vehicle was ready! This dealership was the third one I have taken my F150 to for the same repair, as the 2 other dealers just let it sit in their lot for days on end without diagnosing. Landmark got my issue resolved in a few hours, and everyone I dealt with there was very nice work with, thanks!!!

We have leased 2 navigators from David Cunningham at Landmark and have ALWAYS had an amazing experience! David was personable, listened to our wants and needs and worked hard to get the deal we wanted!
