Very good dental office. Just had a cleaning and checkup just the other day and Kayla, the hygienist was excellent. All the staff are very personable and helpful.

Dr Rifki is mot only an amazing dentist but also has the Best “bedside Manner” every doctor/dentist should have! Also the Staff is professional and super friendly the best in Tulare!

The hygienists were very sweet and welcoming. Kayla cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job! She was very gentile and professional, I will definitely be back and bringing my family. The establishment was so clean and smelled fresh. Will definitely be using Smile Central Valley from here on out!

Dr. Rafik and the women assisting him were all very friendly, patient and professional. They helped me to feel calm and comfortable for my two tooth extractions and bone graft. My fiance was able to enter the room with me and discuss payment plans. We did not feel pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with, and there were no surprises. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Went in with a bad toothache Dr. Rafik and the staff did everything to help me out and did the work the same day of the appointment. Even got me a flipper the following day. They made me feel comfortable. The receptionist are sweet and try to get me in around the time that I can since I do not live in town 👏🏻👍🏼😊

Dr Rafik was exceptional! He immediately saw my problem and executed a complex procedure that not only saved my bone but also allowed for an implant to be placed. He explains all procedures to where all patients can understand and has great bedside manner. The staff is also very professional with great customer/patient service!

I must say I definitely picked the right office to go for my implants. The staff as well as Dr. Rafik were “wonderful , gentle and caring”. I couldn’t have asked for more. I went in for 1 implant and came out with 3. I am so happy and can’t wait to get my smile back. Thanks to a great team🥰

When Dr. Sullivan moved away and the practice was taken over, the new owners came in WAY aggressive. Took a while to figure out THIS part of the valley. They’re really good at addressing my needs with-in my insurance and my hygienist is thorough and personable.

Posting this for a family friend who isn’t online… Dr Rafik is a really great dentist. He’s very gentle and has a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend him and the entire staff to anyone!

What can I say. I went in for a checkup. Dr rafik was very knowledgeable and did work I needed right there and then! Jaw pain is gone after years since the poor treatment I received at western dental when it first opened. I will definitely stay going here.

ALWAYS delightful. I love the fact that Dr. Rafik has a good attitude along with a sense of humor
(must be his military attitude 🤭 inside office joke.) Dr. Rafik is gentle along with a great staff! This place is so welcoming! I just had my cleaning done by Kayla and she was absolutely phenomenal. The front staff Olivia And Monica are sweethearts. They were very friendly to me and helpful. I highly recommend this dental office to my family and friends for all their dental needs.

Great service overall. Went in to establish a new dentist, saw the hygenist and she was very friendly and knew what she was doing. The doctor was very thorough with the treatment that I needed and Vanessa the RDA answered all my questions. When I took my son in, Vanessa was very friendly and kind to him. His first experience was great thanks to her. Definitely recommend to anyone!

My experience here was amazing! I just went in for an implant consultation, but ended walking out the same day with a brand new smile. The hospitality here was the best I have ever experienced anywhere else. Elvira and Dr Marvizi were amazing! Thank you again, highly recommend.

Ps.. those of you who get anxiety of the dentist or scared of the numbing shots, Dr Marvizi is very considerate asking his clients every minute or so confirming they can not feel anything. I personally did not feel a thing and they had to extract my K9.

Iv heard a lot of good things about Dr Marvizi and I was looking around for a dentist who does implants. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the doctor answered all my questions. I have severe anxiety and went under sedation so I could be relaxed and calm. I had a great experience and I finally found my dentist. The girls in the back are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment and all I have to say is the outcome exceeded my expectations. From the start of my experience with the treatment coordinator with Monica, she was so helpful and worked within my budget. The staff has been really friendly and polite throughout the process.
