Sun & Fun is a nice, cozy, well-maintained RV park. It has been a really enjoyable experience staying here. They have good amenities, including a pool and hot tub. The property manager, Rondi Ramirez, is super nice and a joy to work with, and she keeps the place running smoothly. I only gave this place five stars because there wasn't an option for six!

We stayed here for a long time and very much recommend this place. Management is great and tries very hard to keep it clean, safe and fun environment. Wish spaces had a little more yard space but cooling off in the pool or relaxing in the spa. Shooting some pool or using the club house kitchen or relaxing on the big sofa and comfy rug is an awesome plus. There is two restaurants and one gas station very near. Super quiet at night. Very roomy showers available too.

Stayed here many times over the years. Easy access off the highway. Clean well maintained concrete sites. Friendly staff full hookups, no picnic tables.

A gem of an RV park, located near the Tulare Airport and Ag Center. The park was clean and spotless. It was well maintained and facilities had the appearance of being cleaned regularly and often. The staff was a joy to work with and made the stay a most pleasant experience. A well stocked mini mart was a brief walk away and a Mexican restaurant is across the street. If you are traveling north or south on State Route 99, it's a great place to spend the night. It also has a pool and hot tub as well as a small playground if you are traveling with youngsters.

Nice spot for a few nights for sure. We had a private spot, 52 which was at the end of a row with a short walk to the pools, kids playground, clubhouse, laundry, and washrooms/showers. Everything was clean. Free wifi was solid. Only drawback for some would be the train sounds, that did not run too often, but during the nights for sure. We did not notice any 'agriculture smells' as noted in other reviews. Would stop here again for sure.

I do hesitate to let dveryonr know how great a time we had. But - the truth is the truth ... We wanted to do a shake-down outing with our new (to us) RV. A tiny bit of train noise BUT otherwise great staff .. and great guests... we had "newbies" situations AND great guests! We had problems (that newbies have) other guests were eager to help and did help us get through those "first time jitters". Their help plus a great hot tub and a bit of wine ... all combined for a great experience. We plan on returning - just to relieve the experience and enjoy the hot tub.

Love the place. Yes the trains that go by can wake you up but for the price and how clean it is and how nice the manager is make you feel right at home. Had pool and spa and laundry room and reck room. I’m very happy here and love how close the shopping is from here. Come by and see for your self. Good people and great atmosphere here.

Great so far. We're on our 3rd day of a week-long stay.

The woman who checked us in was nice and really helpful. Wifi and cable TV are great! Laundry room is nice - 6 washers, 6 dryers. Countertops for folding. Small vending machine for detergent. You can get quarters in the office.

There is a small, fenced-in playground and two swings for young kids. Pool and hot tub are open even in late November. (Closed every Monday for cleanings.)

The smell people mentioned is definitely there. (I've heard it's a fertilizer plant or something...?) I've noticed several flies, too. So, don't leave your doors opened - learned that the hard way.

Most sites are occupied, but the entire park us really calm and quiet. Everyone seems friendly.

The train horn is pretty loud. When it passes by, we've had to turn the volume up on the TV. But, at night, a fan (or earplugs) will muffle it just fine. Freeway noise isn't a big deal at all.

The sites are fairly close. The grass patches are nice, but we still don't have enough room to set up our pop-up tent. (10x10')

At this point, I'm sure we'd happy come back!

What a nice little park! We had a shady lot with a nice patch of grass. The pool and restroom were very clean and nice. Super friendly staff. WiFi is strong and the Cable TV is a nice bonus. The sites are large level concrete pads

Small, quiet, friendly park! Nice amenities, clean grounds. Downsides are the proximity to a train that blares its horn at any time day or night (you get used to it), and the smell of the cattle farm across the highway.

Great place. I don't understand all the comments about trains. I am a light sleeper and i didn't hear any. Did hear a couple during the day. Nice pool area. Has everything you need-pool, laundry, showers, sauna, and close to the highway.

Love this place, wish we could stay longer! Not only were we steps away from the beach, we were personally invited to a park party, hosted by Mike & Laura, it was so much fun with food, drink & music. We felt so welcome!

Very pretty & clean Campground. Camp hoast even let us swim in pool when it was supposed to be closed for cleaning. I don't mind the train noise since I'm used to it. 2nd time here & would come again.

Very nice park, clean, nice staff. I like that you can use the club house to cook bigger meals as long as you clean up after yourself.

It's just a small little spot but it is very clean and personable a great place if you just need to recharge your batteries and get a good night's sleep I've seen the other reviews complain about the trains and there are a lot however if you're inside your rig with a fan going and the air conditioner you don't even pay attention
