Our landlords called a different company on Wednesday to come out to Sheridan Lake when our a/c was out. A day later when I called to check when they'd be here, the lady said that they wouldn't be back out our way until the following week when it was supsosed get very hot this weeekend. I asked our landlord to try and call Parker Heating and Air. She did, and they got someone out here within 2 hours of calling. The tech that came was very friendly and professional, fixed the capacitor that went out and our unit was back up and running within an hour of him being here. Would 100% recommend this company! Great responsiveness and customer service especially with us being further out. Greatly appreciated their work!

We needed a new AC unit and it took two days to replace the old one. This place has always been very reliable. They do good clean work.

Excellent service I recommend them to anybody. In some cases it may take a little while to get the parts but that doesn’t reflect on the service that they provide which is outstanding. Truly caring and helpful. Let me the space heater until I could get my heater fixed and it worked great. Had a gas stove installed by these folks. The experience was GREAT. Everyone involved in this installation, and I mean everyone, was courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. And the price was very reasonable. I recommend Parker Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who want quality work.

These guys are awesome, and truly stepped in last winter when our heater went out and they suggested i try LEAP and see if we qualified......and we did !

Took a while to get an AC appointment because of the typical summer time rush, so that's the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating. But the tech that they sent out to hook up my ductless split AC, Bill, was great and his work was flawless.

Compared to the horrible experiences I have with other HVAC 'providers' in the area that couldn't be bothered to call me back or even offer a time frame Parker Heating & Air was a first class contractor. Will be using them again if needed in the future.
