Junz

Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We ordered the sashimi roll, crunchy roll, spider roll, and rock n' roll. We chose the shrimp cocktail appetizer as well. Each selection was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. The pricing was reasonable for the quality, producing value. Their standard rolls had the look and taste of a deluxe roll anywhere else in Douglas County. We finished every piece and left stuffed as their portion sizes are ample. We will be back and highly recommend giving it a go if you're in the area.

This is my favorite sushi place! They have real pickled wasabi, which is incredibly hard to find in Colorado! The staff are great and make me feel welcome. Josh is a fantastic sushi chef and the sushi rolls are some of the best around! They also have reasonable prices.

I'm always asked where the best place to go for sushi in Parker. And my answer year after year is the same: Junz sushi.

I love supporting small businesses and restaurants. This family ran sushi restaurant has always left me coming back for me.

I love the quiet atmosphere where the staff knows my order because I'm their regular. They truly know how to make their diners feels special.

I go during their lunch hours more than their dinner. I order the same thing Everytime. Lunch Deluxe B which is their sushi lunch. You get a variety of fresh nigiri that's plump and decent, a California roll where knew bite is a full mouthful. The giant plate also includes a salad with home made Japanese dressing, full portion shrimp and vegetables Tempera, and their steamed Asian style vegetable. Majority of the time, I take half of it home to enjoy later.

If you have yet to try their Hamachi-kama, I recommend trying it. If you love yellow tail fish, this is the perfect starter for you. I also love their green muscles!.

If you're ever in the Parker area and question yourself where to go for the freshest sushi or just a delicious Japanese style meal, I highly suggest you head over to Junz.

Best sushi I've had. I'm #basic so I don't eat raw fish sushi. When someone tries to convince my to try, I swallow it whole to suffer less lol. BUT MAN OH MAN THIS PLACE. I tried the spicy salmon. The roll with the least amount of salmon just to try! And omg it was the best! If all raw fish sushi tasted like that, I would eat it more often! The pics didn't do it much justice but it was so stinkin' good. Also loved the salad bc it was actually romaine instead of iceberg like most places. Server was very friendly. Bummed they didn't have a sushi roll lunch special, and the rolls don't come with salad or soup. But everything was delicious anyways.

We really loved our dinner tonight at Junz. Everything was tasty and delicious. The service was really fast. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed. The nigiri was perfect and they gave us some really nice pieces of fish. The hand rolls were especially nice as well. I also loved the mochi. Sometimes it's not frozen at the right temperature or whatever so it was pleasantly surprising that I ate all of my serving. My only complaint is that I didn't like the spoons with my miso lol. I'm not into an American spoon with my Japanese soup haha for some reason I just don't like that disconnect. But obviously that's just nitpicking so I wouldn't subtract a star for something so minute. So far this is one of the better places that I have found that isn't too far from home. I will probably be back. :)

As usual Junz was delicious again. Went for a birthday celebration and were promptly seated. The waiter did an excellent job the entire night (including with a awnry 6 year old).

Sushi was delicious as always and we certainly got a ton of it! Couldn't recommend this place enough to people looking for a good sushi fix (although they have much more than that too)!

First time customer through doordash. Food arrived perfectly, and it's so DELICIOUS.

HIGHLY recommend the tempura roll with salmon and cream cheese filling. Life changing.

This restaurant is a standby favorite. The sushi is excellent, the service is always top notch, and the ambiance is nice in a way that makes it a great spot for a casual night out, but also perfect for a little more romantic date night. Josh is a really fun sushi chef who always helps us have a fun and delicious evening!

We inhaled the edimame. Sushi was great, my husband especially liked (I think it was called) the spicy California with tempura shrimp. The Koolaid martini kind of tasted like a cough drop at first but I still liked it.

Never disappointed when we eat here!! The food is ridiculously good. The portions are small, especially the cod (which really makes us sad every time) BUT we order it anyway because it's that dang good. Their sushi is fantastic but you can't go wrong with the menu either. It's a little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for in flavor. The staff has always been wonderful. The drinks are great! They've got decent sake. And they give you Andes mints after the meal so can it really get any better? 🤷🏻‍♀ The beef wrapped asparagus is amazing as well. I don't typically like lamb but their lamb, and OMG the sauce it comes with, are SOOOOO good!! Highly recommend!!

This place has been here for over 20 years and that is for a reason. Junz is the absolute best sushi that I have found thus far in this state. I have been to Sushi Den, Ocean Prime, Blue Sushi, Hapa, you name it and none of them are as good as Junz. Not to mention their regular menu has plenty of options for those not into sushi. The Fried Gyoza is always a winner. The Volcano Roll is a must and my personal favorite.

Junz is my go-to for Japanese food in Parker. They have a variety of authentic Japanese options and are great for classic sushi like nigiri and sashimi. Been back many times and always enjoyed the food and service.

Japan meets France with a large menu offering of; pasta, lobster mac and cheese, sushi, escargot, lamp chops, and ends with a meeting of the minds and palates. Lunch and dinner specials gives you all the more reason to come back again and again. The lunch udon noodle soup is a little on the small side, salads dressing taste as limp as the leaves, seaweed salad has too much cucumber over sparse seaweed. Overall, the sushi is fresh, generous, and consistently good. Clean and sleek surroundings. For Parker, Colorado this is one of the better sushi places to revisit.

The sushi is good, always seems fresh haven't ever had a bad experience here. The staff is very attentive and considerate. Usually come later in the afternoon or evening on weekdays and the establishment is never busy. Great option for sushi in Parker as there are only a couple to choose from.

Table service was good with gluten free accommodations. Took a little longer, but this is the first place that will make a roll GF as close to the menu item. Most just remove items and sauces and not take the time to substitute ingredients to keep the roll what it was. Well done.

Best Sushi. My wife and I have been to Juntz many times and love it every time. The sushi is high quality and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and we love sitting at the sushi bar and chatting with the sushi chefs.

we love junz! the sushi is consistently good and they are so accommodating to my picky 4-year-olds special noodle requests. the restaurant itself is very nice and service is great. highly recommend

Junz has always been one of our favorite sushi restaurants in Colorado. Their Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail Collar) is probably the meatiest one I've seen in Colorado. Absolutely a must. I am not a huge salmon sashimi/sushi fan but their salmon is SO good and buttery. Only place I'll crave salmon. We love their choices of rolls and the quality of other sashimi. Mushroom Risotto is another dish we order knowing it won't disappoint. Highly recommend Junz!

Good food and good service. The dining room was nearly full at lunchtime. Only one server but she managed well. The sushi that was served looked like a picture from a magazine the way it was arranged on the platter. The presentation was amazing! Enjoy.
