Great mountain golf course near McCall. Very scenic and well manicured, worth the price. Cool course design with lots of dog legs and risk/reward shots. Views are definitely hard to beat. Tee times were pretty well filled up so book ahead. The food and drink at the clubhouse were also good...loved the Philly sandwhich. Would love to go back!

Played in a tournament with IGF
Great course. A real test even for a skilled player. Plenty long and skinny in lots of places. Definitely target golf. As a team we finished second. Stayed around for the food which was very good for the. $$

The golf course at Jug Mountain is an ABSOLUTE MUST PLAY course...get there, you will be AMAZED (play the Gold...tips...for the best views)
The staff is accommodating and friendly, so have a bite overlooking the course afterward.

Fun course. Really tough and if you get off the fairway by 20 yard, so you won’t find your ball. Greens are rolling in great shape. Played in the Mountain Land Design sponsored golf tournament there and they were incredibly hospitable. Lots of blind shots though if you’re playing for your first time.

Stunning. Jug Mountain hosted a NICA race we participated in, amazing hosts.

The views and scenery are stunning. The people are welcoming. Great place to check out.

We came up for an afternoon of mtn biking. It was my first time here. I was very impressed by the variety of maintained trails. Decent amount of climbing and many downhill trails of varying degrees of difficulty for all levels. I’ll definitely be back to explore more.

Great management, good food and awesome mountain biking. Shuttles are available on weekends for endless downhill riding. Several mountain bike races are held throughout the season. Fun times, every visit!

Mountain biking paradise. The views of the valley are amazing. The restaurant and staff are out of this world. One of our favorite places to ride. Thank you jug mountain ranch for having such an amazing community asset

A beautiful and challenging course. Great food and service at restaurant. The only complaint I have is pace of play. Had the slowest round I’ve ever experienced on a Friday afternoon. At one point there were three groups waiting to t-off on a par 4, all waiting on a ridiculously slow foursome. Not a ranger insight to sped things up. Kind of spoiled an otherwise time.

Hands down best course in SW idaho (may change when Osprey meadows comes back). Amazing value for the price. Great practice area. Amazing restaurant, great staff too.

My husband and I went to Jug Mountain Ranch for Christmas to go Nordic skiing this year. The guy working in the clubhouse was super nice and friendly. They’re closed December 24 & 25th but it’s $10/person/day and there’s an honor system drop box at the trail heads. Dogs allowed which is great. There’s a good variety of terrain, though it’s a little early in the season still so I would recommend waiting for more snow so more trails are open and there’s better ground coverage. Either way, we really enjoyed it and there are some great views as you ski up the mountain toward the reservoir.

I just want to share how amazing Jug Mountain Golf Course is. We had a golf tournament a few weeks ago and the staff was amazing. I was given a credit for the tournament and Dustin was able to order and send the club I wanted very quickly and without a flaw. What a great experience! I can't wait to play this course again. Keep up the great work!

We held one of our corporate retreat dinners at Jug Mountain Ranch in early August. With concerns during the Covid-19 pandemic, our gathering was held outside, overlooking the beautiful golf course. The food was delicious (especially the appetizers) and the view was spectacular. A unique setting.
Kimmi, the Event Coordinator, was fun to work with and she had all arrangements in order.
This venue is highly recommended for retreat-type events!

The greens & fairways are great. Super great test of golf with several blind shots so study your yardage book. Staff always helpful. Decent food. Can be pricey so check ahead to find your sweet spot.

Words cannot express how happy we were to work with Jug Mountain Ranch as our venue and caterer on our wedding a couple of weeks ago. They helped to pull off the most beautiful weekend we could have ever dreamt of.

Shelly is an amazing venue coordinator to work with and though she had only been there for a couple of months by the time our wedding took place, she did an outstanding job of picking up where the last coordinator had left off and finishing the job in fantastic fashion. Her professionalism and impeccable organizational skills gave me full confidence that I would not have a worry in the world come our wedding day. And I didn’t :-)

The food was outstanding, especially the salmon. We have had so many people continue to talk about how delicious everything was and who want to go back just to have lunch or dinner.

JMR’s incredible team of people has been awesome to work with and I HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple looking for an absolutely gorgeous mountain location for their wedding or special occasion. We could not have chosen a more talented, organized and hard-working venue/ catering team to work with on our wedding!

We had our rehearsal dinner here last week and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Shelly briefly asked me about decorations and our colors and she surprised us with the most amazing flowers and decor! The food (flat iron steak buffet) was so delicious and the wait staff was great! I cannot rave enough! We are so happy with how it turned out!

Golfed here this morning and was so impressed that I had to leave a review. I'm from San Antonio and have golfed most of the best courses in Idaho and Texas and would have to say jug mountain is the best course I've played in either state. It may sound like an exaggeration and I don't leave reviews very much but I will be back anytime I am in the area. Staff was great also
