Love coming here every year! They are super nice people who run the location and there are tons of beautiful views from the properties. Several great options for rentals. Also, the community hot tub is very nice and spacious. The folks who run the facility are nice and helpful as well.

Great destination for a family reunion!

We all had great rooms and comfortable amenities. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and included all the essentials. There was even an indoor slide that went from floor to floor! Between the slide and the playset, there was plenty for the kids to explore.

Of course, the location is nearly unbeatable! Easy access to Bear Lake as well as pools, parks, and local community shops.

Our stay was great, we had plenty of room with 10 adults and 6 kids and had beds to spare. Our cabin was fully equipped including toys and board games. It was very clean and brand new. We did have a power outage for an hour one evening, but I think that's typical of the area in bear lake, and we had fun playing catch phrase on our phones in the dark! Pool and hot tub/work out center was nice to have! We also had plenty of room for all our cars/boats/jet skis/razor/enclosed trailer in the garage and driveway. We will definitely be staying at the reserve again!

The Bonneville at The Reserve is very nice! We rented it for a family reunion and loved it.

Loved my land down there. Looking at lake, sun coming from back door. And sitting on my swing watching the sun set over the mountains. Gorgeous
