(Last week) Of course I left my phone on top of my car as I left for work, noticing only in time to see it without its case flying through the air before it smashed on the road. Worse than losing a phone, is the knowledge that I’ll have to go to spend a day in a Verizon Store…

I went to the Tappahannock Verizon store (not one I’ve ever been to) to begin the “process”. What I was dreading initially, turned out to be the most pleasant and quickest experience in a Verizon store that I’ve encountered! Ashley was delightful, kind and very efficient!! Thank you, Ashley, for making the process effortless and for all of your help!! Great job!!

Tracy was very helpful today! He went over my billing with me, checked my needs and saved me approximately $80 per month. By far, the best in store experience ever!!

Ms. Alana Carter was more than professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had never had a watch before but Ms. Carter explained to me everything it did, how it works and help me set everything up! This was one of the most enjoyable purchases I've ever made and would highly recommend all Verizon users and those who do not have Verizon, to get it! - Get with the Verizon program! Every Verizon employee should be like and treat customers the way Ms. Carter treated me. Stellar customer service, friendly, very knowledgeable of all the products and professionally kind!

Charles was amazing I came in to get my bill looked at and without any issues he said sure I can help you with that. Even though he was the only person in there he managed to work with 3 not 1 not 2 but 3 people at once and still got me taken care of. He was Just amazing

We had originally started our phone service with Verizon in Fredericksburg since the ATT store was right next to it and it was Convenient , but after a month we realized we never got the other phone we ordered and our bill was wrong. We went to this Verizon and they fixed everything up! They answered all of our many.. many.. many questions 😂. We ended up having another problem with our bill , and Alana helped us. She was super sweet and walked us through the process and made sure we understood how everything worked on getting it fixed. She was so nice and helpful. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to switch to Verizon!

Charles Johnson at the Tappahannock VA office was very polite, professional, personable, and helpful. He knew exactly how to fix my problem both times I came to the store. I would give him a 5 star rating. Excellent employee. Bravo!!

Went to this store and Amaya B did amazing she took care of me and gave the best customer service she went above and beyond helping me get a new plan and got me in and out because I was on crunch time and she did exactly what she said!!! She said she would have me out at a certain time and certainly did that I mean AMAZING I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO AMAYA THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

I called today and spoke with Dyamin because the store (Kilmarnock) where I bought my phone and bought the liquid gel screen cover (liquid gel cracked) said they just sell things and do nit do anything ekse.

Dyamin called that store and they hung up on her.

Dyamin said she woukd help me with the liquid gel tomorrow.

A real genuine customer service employee. She deserves a raise. I don't know why or how the Kilmarnock store is still open.

It's worth the 1 hr drive to have my phone fixed. Thank you Dyamin.

We came into the Verizon store in Tappahannock Virginia , Charles Johnson, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We had called customer service and spoke with 7 different agents beforecoming to the store. Charles was able to get our new phone up and running.

Great service with Charles not only I get a new phone and keep my number my wife and I also got new watches thanks 👍

Dyamin was able to fix My phone to be able to receive messages. I have not been able to receive messages the entire time that I have had this new phone. All My messages were still going to My old phone. She was very professional and helpful.

I was here and one of the guys in the store (Ryan Higgins from the card he gave me) helped me out!

Not only did he make sure I knew what I was getting and the cost of it all but he helped me with an issue I had been having with lost service! I will be making all future Verizon purchases through this store with the customer service I was given!
