Royse's Hamburgers, Shakes & More

This is a take out only establishment with some of the best Burgers, Chicken O's, and fries in Butte.
Their shakes are outstanding, and the perfect thickness! If you are looking for old school, homemade, fresh from the kitchen, quick food, then this is the place to go.
There isn't anything on the menu that won't please the palate.
If you can swing the price, the halibut is awesome!
Stop by or order ahead, and they will bring it to you. One of my families favorites for a quick bite to eat!

This is fast food done right, with noncorporate agenda that clearly treat their employers well. Food is delicious!

Passing through today on our vacation across the country. Seen this little dive and the line was out to the street. We thought well its got to be good. Well... 10 stars if we could. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted AMAZING. Definitely going to try to make this lunch next week on our way back home. Highly recommend!

Drive thru only was open when we went there. The customer service is beyond great! I had the absolute best licorice ice cream I have ever had! I'm definitely going back soon!

It was my first time going there, and I tried the Butte burger and fries. Was absolutely delightful, going to make it a regular thing . So so so good!

Oh man!! That BLT is always the BEST! I love the bun they use! Very soft. Equal amounts of bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes, so no one thing overwhelms the other. Of course, my onion rings are always delightful, and my Cherry Rickey is my favorite drink!! 😊 3 Stars for the atmosphere, only bcuz I get pick up. I have never been inside.

Fantastic! We travel full time and make it a point to support local, family owned restaurants instead of chains. Royce's did not disappoint, the burgers and fries were great and they gave us kid and pup ice cream cones.

They have some excellent food. They also get people threw the line pretty fast. Food is always fresh.

The food here is SO good! The fry sauce is so tasty! Anytime we are passing through Butte we try to stop!

I had the 4 piece Halibut meal. Too bad you can't substitute fries for onion rings with no coleslaw...I'm not a coleslaw person. Fries are good though.
I had a Cherry Cheesecake Malt. Very yummy. Real cherries. Always love their milkshakes a malts.

Love Royce's and don't think I've ever had a complaint. Line can be a little tedious on busy days but the food is worth it. Best fries in town and the mushroom and swiss is amazing.

Royse's has the best PorkChop sandwiches.
We lived in Butte for 37+ years and always went to Royse's(Also known as the Artic Circle)
We recently made a trip back to Butte from Washington State and had the best Porkchop sandwich!
If you have never tried one please do so, you will not be disappointed!!!

Excellent fast food. Just weird having the drive up on the right side but we'll worth it for the food.

If you want classic drive-in food, Royce's is the place for you. Extensive menu and great onion rings!

We were nervous about changing it up from the usual fast food joints on our road trip through Montana, but we're so glad we did. Great food. My husband loved the haddock sandwich. I got a huckleberry shake - very thick and absolutely delicious. My parents said it reminded them of a local place they used to go to. It wasn't busy, but the ladies working were very patient with us as we tried to navigate ordering via drive through. If we ever drive through Montana again we'll be back.
