Chelsea Lee took over my care 2 years ago and I've had no complaints. She diligently works through my concerns by presenting different opinions and possible options.

She's always come across to me as informed and focused. I've never seen her act anything but professional. I trust her process for assessing my care and treatment, and I feel she takes my opinions and concerns seriously.

Chelsea is sensational. She is smart, knowledgeable and deeply caring. I’d give her 100 stars.

Chelsea Lee is an PA and not a doctor which seems to be the theme with flaming medical center these days. She tends to have an arrogant demeanor and does not hear the patient when it comes to what the patient has concerns about. She not only treated a severe infection in which required immediate surgery and sent the referral to the wrong clinic. If I would’ve waited for the referees clinic to contact me I likely would’ve lost my leg and possibly my life. She also ignored my sisters concern and request to have her thyroid checked. Eventually it was tested and she was diagnosed with Graves Disease. I have changed to a new clinic and am now a patient of Dr Barbara Hoover. My sister has also changed clinics and is a patient of Dr Hoover. Best decision I’ve made.

This “PA” was arrogant and aggressive with me when I asked her if I could see a “Dr”. I knew immediately that she did not like me for whatever reason when she falsely mentioned that I was going through pain meds quickly which was a complete lie, on my first meeting with her. I suffer from severe debilitating osteoporosis arthritis requiring a hip replacement which I am already scheduled for. I only take 1 pain pill at night to help with sleep, despite the instructions on the bottle stating that I should take 2 a day. It is impossible to burn through pain meds quickly when you have cut down your dosage to half, on your own terms. When I asked to see a DR (which I never did my whole time at Flaming) she became verbally aggressive, yelled at me, asked me if I went to school and denied my request to speak with a DR. After I left in a daze over what had happened she called up my husband as I sat right next to him in my car. The phone call came through the blue tooth on our car phone. She violated multiple HIPPA Laws and she insinuated to my husband that I was mentally ill. I have never had any sort of mental illness diagnosis, ever. Weeks later I ended up in the ER due to severe pain due to my failing hip and was further verbally assaulted by the physician on staff. He came into the ER room after getting off the phone with her and began yelling at me that I was mentally ill. He actually got down in my face as my heart rate was racing, turned off the heart monitor and screamed in my face that I was mentally ill. I left the ER feeling frightened by his anger without receiving any treatment. This was the ER in Dallas Oregon later this physician reported that I was refusing treatment. I was hoping for a cortisone injection, not any narcotics but this guy sent in a nurse with a opioid shot which I refused. I have had nothing but problems with my health care services in the state of Oregon since. It was even reported somewhere in my medical records that I was “refusing” treatment and refusing a hip replacement. I had to leave the state to get appropriate medical care.
Vindictive, arrogant , violating of HIPPA laws and straight up falsifications of medical records to blame shift on a helpless patient in extreme pain.
Stay away. Go somewhere else.
