Always great service and a very clean facility! We take our two dogs, Nala and Teddy to get groomed and for regular check ups and shots. Very handsome/pretty dogs and very healthy thanks to Highlands!

I met my son's girlfriend friend there. I had my son's pittie and he needed his booster shots. I had heard so many wonderful things about the vets. It was extremely clean. Staff are amazing. The vet we saw was the most kind vet Ive seen. I'm changing my vet. I'm going to bring my old Lab there! I clearly was extremely impressed!😀

I had to bring my dog Frisco to Highlands on an emergency basis, his cheek and jaw area were swelling badly from a puncture wound in his mouth that became infected. After calling multiple vet hospitals all morning they were the only ones that had availability, turns out they build time slots into their schedule just for such emergencies! Got there at 3pm, staff was wonderful and Dr Cindi Costin diagnosed it as most likely an abscess and had him in surgery within an hour, I picked him up at 530. Dr Cindi and staff did a tremendous job and his healing was so fast! Two days later you could barely tell he’d been in surgery except for some shaved skin and a small incision that had already healed. I cannot thank them enough and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The Doctors and staff at Highlands are truly the best and only clinic I would recommend in SW MT to care for the small animals in your family…children excluded…
A higher level of care, communication, education with a lot of love and comfort when you need it most.
Today was a big day for a very controlling dog mom…thank you for your client care and support you all showed me…and the extra pets for the brown dog.

Really very impressed with how thorough and caring the vets and vet techs have been with my animals (even when my animals are being jerks). They've really helped my sick old man feel better and treated my dog like one of their own. The rest of the staff couldn't be any friendlier or more accommodating, too.

We have been to many vet hospitals in the area with various pets and problems. Our latest issue, we had been given some wishy washy info from a few other places before we called highlands. They were more than helpful on the phone which immediately made me feel comfortable. They gave me beginning estimates which nobody else could do for some reason. When we got there, they were friendly and great with my kids too. (who were not in a good mood so that really impressed me) the appointment was informative and they were extremely gentle with him. Before anything else was done, they came in with an itemized checklist of suggestions. We went through it and decided what our priorities were and I felt like I had total control of the price. But even with a budget, our cat received the best care. They've already called to check on us and have provided many sources for questions. This is our place now. I will never go to another vet hospital.

Brought my dog Bear into get acquainted with one of the vets and get his vaccinations on Saturday May 1st and I was really impressed of how caring they are towards animals you can feel just being there they have a deep level of compassion. My dog is a difficult one sometimes but they did awesome and answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with them. He is my baby.
They are open on Saturday’s hooray for that! They even called me the next day on a Sunday …to see how he was doing after his vaccinations. I just love all of them there!

They are wonderful! They were so compassionate and caring with my kitty Shadow. They made me feel at ease, and they knew exactly what to do, while examining my kitty, they told me everything they were doing and why and what needed to be done in the future. They worked with me on the cost and told me what food would be more healthy & beneficial for him. I highly recommend Highlands Veterinary for all of your beloved pets!.

Been here a couple of times. First time was to put down our Golden Retriever because she was so old. They made it very peaceful... The second time just in the past week was because my Yorkie was sick. They squeezed me in and took such good care of her! I will definitely come back here-- because they genuinely care about what they do! They even called me the day after to check up on Xena! Excellent customer service!

You are everything we look for in a veterinary hospital. Friendly competent people who treat the animals, & also shepherd their owners through the difficult days before & after surgery.

The entire staff here is wonderful! They are transparent with their estimates, give clear explanations to questions, are informative about gender and breed specific potential complications and optional complication preventative measures, and they are exceptionally caring and kind both when dealing with humans and animals. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Bonus points for the jug of hand sanitizer by the entrance and how everyone was wearing masks.

The doctors at Highlands are some of the best, most dedicated vets I've encountered, and they have a dedicated, thorough and knowledgeable staff to go along with them. With always a smile on their faces we are greeted with sincerity and a true love for my pet. They have no hesitation about sitting on the floor with my dog to do whatever is needed to make him feel comfortable. Thank you Cindi and your crew for always being there when we need you!!

We've been taking our animals here for nearly 7 years now. For the first 4 years we had a very sickly kitty we'd adopted and I feel that without the folks at Highlands we'd have had less than a year with him, but they gave us 4 good years. Now, we've got two young bonded brothers with nowhere near the health issues, but I still wouldn't take them anyplace else.

Caring, Experienced staff takes the time to EXPLAIN what's happening, what's possible to make your pet feel better, and what it COSTS. No surprises, no extra add-ons.
They're an actual hospital, and can run labs in house. Saved a ton being able to give him great care in town. Highly recommend.

Jill and the staff took excellent care of our dog, Ned, when he fell ill while we were visiting family over the Holidays. She clearly and concisely explained her differential diagnosis and walked us though her proposed treatment plan better than any veterinarian our pets have seen between the Washington D.C. and Phoenix metro areas. As stressful as it is being away from home with a sick pet, the staff at Highlands Veterinary Hospital put our minds at ease.

Cannot say enough about the wonderful care our little dog received. She had to have two surgeries. We researched and found Dr. Coulson to have a remarkable resume. Her great skill along with the excellent care given by the staff has resulted in our dog now being pain free! We knew from the first consultation, our little dog was in the best hands.

This vet has been super helpful since I started seeing them several months ago. They always pick up the phone, they are always thorough, nice, upfront about costs, and super knowledgeable. The staff also goes above and beyond, getting things done right away that don’t need to done until the next appointment.

Our family, or in other words our furry animal friends deserve the best treatment, and when I say that Highlands Veterinary Hospital is the best, I mean it! No one has looked and handled my pooch as well as they do and I will always come back here!! The love and support they give to my creatures is hard to come by, so I definitely recommend coming here.

They are the best staff. They will make time in their day for any emergency. They have literally saved my dog Bean's life at least twice. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I tell all my friends to use these wonderful, caring people.
