The technicians who came to my house today were prompt, very professional, and extraordinarily patient with me as I asked questions and watched what they were doing. I always like to observe whenever any work is done - it helps me learn more about my house (I do try and stay out of the way, although I'm sure I slow them down some!). They worked with me on small adjustments I wanted to locations of things, and even took a few extra minutes to answer some questions I had about my panel. I commend them both for the quality of their work and their customer service.

I also appreciated my communications with the head office. They were flexible with me and accommodated my schedule, even though it was a little more aggressive than they typically plan for. I am very thankful for you and your willingness to work with my schedule.
