Rite Aid

The Granite Falls Rite Aid is one of the best I have been to. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and today the checker “Josie“ saw she had a long line of customers waiting. She opened a second register and was able to decrease the waiting time for everyone by doing double duty. She was friendly and I was just so impressed with her attitude I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves.

I have also had my vaccinations done at the store, and as a retired nurse of 40 years I can tell you I am impressed with their efficiency and the procedure of the pharmacist. Overall I have never had a bad experience at this store and I do go there often.

My name is Adrienne Walker. Recently I have been going through some ridiculous situations trying to get my prescriptions filled and today when I went to the pharmacy I was very angry and ready to switch pharmacies. But when I got there Emily approached me and started talking about this situation and I was so happy after speaking with her that I will never leave this Pharmacy. Up until recently this has been the best pharmacy I've ever been to and because of Emily I still feel that way. That girl deserves a raise because she is doing an amazing job and is doing a great job with customer relations. I want to thank you for having employees like Emily.

I love this store! They have a great staff, very friendly and helpful! Especially Jamie in the pharmacy. She has got to be the BEST employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's so friendly, always smiling and happy. She rocks! Also the man pharmacist but I don't know his name, he's the same way. I love our Granite Falls Rite Aid 😄

Always friendly staff great prices on cigarettes and milk. Offer a great selection of bath and beauty products as well as office and household needs. I shop there everyday .

Clean and neat store. Nice wine selection. Usually best prices in this town on wine and liquor. Most employees are friendly and helpful.
