Fast, prompt, and extremely helpful service. Day 1 came to diagnose (after I saw him loading a truck with appliances and asked him if he did house calls) 20 minutes after our encounter; Day 2 came to repair; Day 3 brought a refurbished machine I chose to purchase rather than spending a lot of money on a repair. Removed old machine and had a friendly, helpful demeanor the entire time. Reasonable pricing on service calls and refurbished machines.
I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them. Anthony and Bill are the technicians I interacted with.

I called ASAP on Monday; a pleasant woman answered, to whom I told the details of my malfunctioning washer & dryer. I set an appointment for 2 days later at the latest possible appointment of the day due to my work hours, which was 4:00. At about 3:15 Larry, the owner, called and asked about my ETA. He arrived promptly at 4:00 and gave me a clear estimate about repair costs. Bottom line is Larry was friendly, knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty. He checked everything, and as it turns out, my appliance had been shoddily installed (hot & cold hoses switched, new dryer vent hose not secured properly (falling off), and top of washer loose and moving around. He fixed everything; I am now able to use both hot and cold water and there is no longer a problem with it stopping at the rinse cycle. All this is to say, I'm glad I called a small, local business and highly recommend them if you need help with your appliances. Thanks, Larry.

We arrived right at closing time. The guy (possibly the owner) was just locking the door but let us in anyways. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us how to test the parts for continuity and that we only need to replace one out of the 2 parts we brought in. He was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of money! And i appreciate his honesty over the possibility of making an extra buck.

I love these guys! I needed to replace all the appliances in a fixer upper home that my wife and I had just purchased. Larry, Anthony and the whole team took excellent care of us from picking out our applinces to delivering, taking away and installation. We ended up with higher quality appliances than I thought we could afford and we came UNDER our budget as well. To top it all off they even helped us save space in our tiny laundry room by stacking our dryer. We had one minor problem with the washer however true to their word they quickly came out to diagnose and fix the problem under their warranty.

Amazon let us down. Parts were missing. It was going to take another week or more the get the parts to us. I spoke to these guys and they had the parts I needed overnight. Awesome people and great customer service.

Small locally owned business. They do a good job. They will come to you to fix your appliance or will sell, deliver & install you a refurbished appliance at a decent price & will even take away your broken one if you want.

Wow. Recommended by sis. Fridge hot and other service sites couldn’t get here for 12 days. My event was serious. Got me in next day and fridge working great. Talk about customer service
