My wife and I reached out to a number of real estate agents back in March regarding listing our North Bend house. We had two unique challenges: we needed some major repairs done prior to listing, and we were going to be out of state (and across the country) while the house was on the market.

Bradley immediately jumped out to us. He was confident, had a great plan, and his company had seller programs we could take advantage of. We needed someone who could take charge, and it was clear that was Brad.

His team handled everything. We left in June while the contractors got to work repairing and beautifying the house and were on the market in early July. In less than two days after listing we had sold the house above our asking price. It was a literal dream come true.

What nobody expected was that our septic inspection would fail. We just had it looked at and pumped 2 years back, so it was a huge shock to us. Bradley quickly got in touch with a septic repair company and we put together a plan with the buyers. It seemed like we righted the ship, but despite initially being on board the buyers backed out at the very last minute.

We were utterly devastated. Nearly two months had passed and we had nothing to show for it beyond paying a mortgage on an empty house with a bad septic while we were 3000 miles away. It's hard to describe how helpless and pessimistic we felt.

But Bradley never stopped fighting for us. He came up with new strategies to market the house. He was our point person for the new septic project (which itself was a major undertaking) and coordinated everything, including getting the house back to sellable condition once they finished.

I can't overstate just how above and beyond Brad went for us. He knew our financial (and emotional) situation was becoming dire and did everything in his power to help us reach the finish line. I'm not a realtor, but it's hard to imagine putting this much time and effort and money on the line for my clients, especially ones with such a complicated situation.

This is a long story so I should skip to the happy ending. The house went back on the market, and in about a week we had yet another offer - and this time we closed. It went so smoothly and easily that I actually don't have anything to comment about it. How many people can say they've closed on a house during the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas?

I can say without exaggeration or hyperbole that Bradley saved us. Had we picked any other real estate agent this whole thing would have fallen apart, and one of us would have had to fly back to Washington to deal with the fallout while the other stayed with our two young kids. It would have made a bad situation much, much worse.

Thankfully we had Brad and his team, and that made all the difference.

Where do I start? This was by far one of the most pleasant home selling experiences I have ever experienced. Bradley and his team made it so easy from start to finish. No problem is too big, everything you need they handle. One thing I appreciated the most was they come in clean and polish, stage, take pictures and videos and it’s all included.
