Amazing people!! Friendly from the moment I walked in. I had a great convo with the gal behind the counter, got the couch I wanted for a really good price. But when it came time for delivery tragedy struck. I live uptown and for a minute it didn’t look like my dream couch was going to make it into my apartment. Well the guys delivering it weren’t going to take no for an answer and worked their tails off to make it up to my apartment. After a long string of bad luck I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your hard work!!

I had an issue not long ago with this store. After years of service, we decided to not work with then anymore. Fast forward to now, working with Jake ( the new manager) has been amazing! He took the time to find exactly what I was looking for, and had it scheduled for delivery right away! The agreement was thoroughly explained, and payments were so easy to set up!

The store manager is hands down a great manager ! He is very helpful and willing to help you out! Definitely would recommend him to work with!

I've had multiple agreements with them. There's really nothing I have to complain about, except maybe the high price but unfortunately that comes with anything when you rent to own. They are very nice when setting up agreement, the new manager is very understanding if sometimes I need to make alittle less then my full payment.

Jake is the absolute best! He moved everything in less than 45 mins. His customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend requesting Jake to either move or set up your furniture! Give Jake a raise, we need more people like him!

Rent A Center in Butte has the best delivery guys! Fast efficient and so kind! They definitely went above and beyond for me! And store manager Jake is pretty great too!!

Not what they used to be as far as a business and rules however they are good when you are in a bind in life... the delivery people were amazing and very nice and willing to help the office people could have used some more personality but just my opinion

Awsome products and the guys are great. If you buy something pay for it. And get the insurance and you will have a great experience. Also dont be afraid to ask for something they dont have.

I love this place the staff here will help you get the stuff you need the only thing I don't like is that Star bucks built a shop right in front of them and they blocked rent a center so people can't really see the store.
