Ray's Food Place

Great grocery store. Well stocked with fresh produce. Cynthia at the checkout greeted us warmly. Clean store. Well laid out. Large parking lot. Easy to find what you need.

Prices are high, but the store staff is great. They also have some hard to find products like Knudsen's Recharge 👍

This store has one of the kindest and down to earth employees working for them and he needs to be recognized as exactly that.....Thank you Glen for everything you do. My family and i appreciate you more than you'll ever know......Glen in Prineville store

It's a great local grocery store. The prices are good, produce is of high quality and the employees are top rate!

For exanple, I spent my last $30 (had to close my business, no savings, pandemic stuff, etc. but I'll be fine) to buy a friend some produce to make them a healthy soup because they weren't feeling well.

I told the cashier to put an item back because it went over the $30 I had left. He, without knowing my situation or what I was doing with my last $30, paid the extra $1.63 SO I could keep the item.

He could have easily taken the item off the bill and have it returned to produce ... called a "go-back" btw.

Instead he changed my day "from stressed to blessed" all with one small, yet Very Meaningful gesture.

I highly recommend this place because of him and his act of community for others.

Ray's is one of my favorite stores rather it be here local or out of town like prineville. They always have a good meat selection. The service is g great

Very clean inside & outside. The cashiers were both polite and efficient so there is very little if any waiting in line. I believe the store manager's name is Mike (not 💯% positive) Is a very helpful n really nice guy.

Price is fair , great staff . They could have more in the late day but we all know it's hard to find good workers

I am posting this review as an out of town visitor, I have only been here one time. I am giving 5 stars based on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was looking for something in the store and a kind store employee asked me if she could help me find something and directed me to exactly what I needed. At checkout, the girl was super nice and asked me how my day was going and could not have been nicer.

Friendly customer service, wide variety of products and easy location. No complaints about anything at this store. Awesome sales good prices. Nice selection in deli from breakfast to dinner and they make custom sandwiches.

I love this store. Its clean, decorated to be very inviting. The prices are higher then other stores but they have products that you just can't find in other inexpensive stores. The more organic the better and I'm willing to pay the price. Thank-You Rays

My review is for Martha in the Bakery. She helped me order a birthday cake with VERY little notice, less than an hour!! The weather was awful and I just wanted to pick up some take-out lunch, get the cake and get home all in one go, and befor food got too cold. I called Ray's and spoke with her right after ordering lunch. She got a DELICIOUS chocolate cake frosted and decorated with the most beautiful penmanship! It was so lovely!! My little daughter cried happy tears! Thank you Martha for saving my daughter's birthday! I know you didn't have to go through that but you did and we're grateful!!

Even though some of the products are overly priced , we Had a great experience the him please showed us for everything that we were looking for was. The fruits and vegetables look pretty good and they last longer than the Walmart veggies. Thank you again.

Ray's is the perfect size store, every isle labled well, pretty good prices actually for everything. Definitely my local go to! Employees were super nice!

Great store. But deli woman act like she didn't want to help me. To busy making labels and didn't acknowledge me. 😕 2 thumbs down.
