The rooms are beautiful & really big & super clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff I met are really sweet. They serve breakfast.
I felt really comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend it.

Everything about this place was perfect! The staff at the front desk, young man at night and gentlemen in the morning, were extremely friendly and genuine. It's an older motel with a smell at the front desk that reminded me of my grandma's house but in a good way. The actual room smelled clean and slightly fragrant but again in a good way. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were way larger than in a hotel. The water pressure was great and relaxing. They do have soft water which we didn't mind. It's in a very quiet area which was great after a 13 hour day of driving. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we found ourselves in Logan someday. Loved the vintage feel of the motel. Nice little breakfast as well every morning! I will go again! Nice hot water!

Lovely hotel run by family. Swimming pool on premises. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Also have Thai food restaurant & Mexican food cart within a few meters of the hotel.
Wendy at the reception is very kind, friendly and helpful.

I book new hires here on a regular basis. Danny is a fantastic manager! The rooms are clean, the front desk people Wendy and Nick are so very friendly and helpful. They are fantastic with us when we need to change dates or have to cancel. I feel like this is the best motel in the valley when it comes to customer service!

Ronette provided more than excellent room service for the four days and nights we stayed at the Baugh Motel, so much so that I would not hesitate to call her type of service superb.
There were three adults, two of whom were elderly, with my stepfather being 96. Our every need was attended to with care and consideration.
For the record, I have written and/or given positive oral reviews for others before for those who have proven to provide exemplary service to me or the company I have been with.
I have been successful with the reviews I have given.
The success appears to follow this pattern of recognition: Those reviewed have either been promptly promoted, advanced within the company after years of loyal and dedicated service, or have proven themselves to continuously provide the type of "above-and-beyond- the-call-of-duty" service that deserves and demands that it be readily complimented and brought to the forefront for closer inspection.
I have followed up on my reviews posted.
A large portion of this credit, of course, goes to the value-conscious supervisors/employers who recognize talent when they see it, or, when it is conspicuously brought to their attention, as I have attempted to initiate.

BED BUGS! Beware of this place. The guy at the front desk insisted it was just an aphid and not a bedbug. a
He very rudely & flatly refused a refund or compensation. Never going back - sad to leave at 10 pm when we were tired. It used to be a nice place, but no more!

The service at this place is absolutely amazing. I had an unusual check-in situation, I called the front desk and talked to Nick and he bent over backwards to help me out. He talked to his manager, he got my number, called me to keep me updated, and he personally made sure that my situation was taken care of. The world needs more people like Nick, I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service of this hotel.

Loved the location, easy walking distance from downtown area and plenty eateries and the theater. Very quiet relaxing and comfortable space. The front desk staff Nick, Daniel and Leanne really went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much to them and all the staff at the Baugh Motel for a lovely stay, we hope to be back soon!

Danny was a great host. Had a problem with heater was moved and upgraded to different room. Clean comfortable. Was great place to stay after Hardware Ranch Visit. Would recommend it to any and people I know.

I don't normally stay in motels but this place while old is very nice and clean. It's clear they put in a lot of work to try and be on the nicer side of things. They had a pretty decent breakfast bar as well with a cook on duty.

This motel was vintage cute and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a grab-and-go right now of a bagel, cream cheese, fruit and granola...nicely chosen. Parking is very convenient and the location perfect. If I had any complaint it would be the walls are a bit thin. The group next door got a little loud , but by 10 pm all was quite. We'll definitely go back.

This is an older property, but well maintained. Very clean!!! Safe and plenty of parking. Rooms are large, and include large bathrooms with a tub and shower. In room coffee also included. Curtains are dark and not a lot of light gets in the room. Property is right in town on Main Street. I expected traffic to be noisy, but the room was quiet.

I think this place is fantastic. Very nostalgic. Reminds me of staying at my grandparents house. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The grounds we're well kept up and they even had a free hot breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, sausage. Would definitely stay here again!

After driving for 7 hours straight and finally arriving at 3am, it was very nice to be met with a smiling face and positive attitude from Daniel at the front desk. He is so kind, attentive, helpful, 100% professional, and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Running on very little sleep and far too much caffeine, I asked him some pretty silly questions. He was super helpful and didn’t make fun of me even though I gave him plenty of opportunities to do so. He has impressed me more than any front desk attendant/associate I’ve ever met. His kindness is unparalleled and his professionalism is nothing short of amazing. Thank you for making our stay here so wonderful and stress-free! If anyone deserves a raise, it’s Daniel! I’ll be contacting his supervisor and the corporate office to give him the highest praise he deserves 🖤 Thanks Daniel!

Danny at the Front desk offered us amazing service. We got into our room and noticed our heater didn't work off the bat, so they upgraded our room..
Hands down the best motel I've been too with amazing service..

the location here is nice. it's hard to get on and off the road when it's busy, but you're super close to some great restaurants. Factory Pizza is just down the street, and is a nice little place to eat.

the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. and they have really soft pillows. the shower head is adjustable, with some really nice settings. the bed is comfy too. it's always quiet, and in a nice little area. this is my second time staying here, and i have always had a great experience.

i will update more on service if i get time to later -- i haven't interacted with staff much. (being in a motel, you just don't see anyone unless it's continental breakfast.)

This hotel is a great value for the price!! I almost chose not to stay here because of some of the bad reviews. So glad I changed my mind! Comfortable, quiet, super clean, and had every amenity offered in higher priced hotels. The staff was exceptionally friendly, fresh cookies at check-in, a park-like atmosphere, hot breakfast, and close to town. The room was a little dated, but not at all worn looking. I liked it. Kinda retro without feeling "old". Everything was in good working order and yes, there IS air conditioning. I don't understand why people expect 5 star luxury at a 2 star hotel. For a 2 star hotel, I thought it deserved a 5 star rating!

This is a hidden gem in Logan - I love the retro feel and have stayed here several times. The rooms are very clean and well furnished - grounds ate well kept.

Cleanest hotel rooms, friendly staff. Warmer outside , clean, large pool with even a little 1 foot area for the smaller kiddos! Outside hot tub. I hear they have a great breakfast! But due to covid we had a grab and go. Will definitely be coming back often!!
