They (Engel & Völkers) send out occasional marketing postcards that are actually useful and friendly (like daylight savings time reminders, etc). I just got one today with my agent's info on it and I thought, "this was a good experience, I should review it - especially my agent Whitney Sparks." She was kind, responsive, and professional throughout the process (second time buying a home). The experience was superb. She was accommodating and well researched. Her advice was spot on she conducted herself with genuine warmth and integrity. I consider her to be MY agent. Engel & Volkers is well managed and support their agents.

Jennifer Wallis was amazing. She not only helped guide us when we moved to Logan by finding a rental for ua until we could buy, but helped us sell the home we built. We moved from UT to KY prior to our home selling and she went above and beyond through the whole process. From communicating through how the process works, feedback after showings, to getting someone to mow our lawn, helping store items until we can return to get them and more. She is wonderful and we could not have asked for anyone better. Wouldn't have been able to do it without her!!! We love Jennifer!!
