I just wanted to reach out and say Thank you! for your great service last week. You graciously offered to help me out during a rainy, busy Tuesday afternoon when I was trying to get back home to the Washington D.C. area. My right front wheel was making a scary 'thunk thunk' sound, and you managed to squeeze me in and quickly diagnosed the issue and sent me on my way. I will always remember your kindness and expertise in helping out a traveler in need.

I dropped my car off to be inspected. Didn’t have an appointment and expected I might have to leave it there for 24 hours +. Not so! It was ready for me in just a couple of hours! Very happy! Really friendly and pleasant folks too!

I'm 1000 miles from home and my check engine light comes on. Meineke checked the trouble code. They said they could not repair the problem gave me confidence I could make it back to Wisconsin. They let me know what problems to watch for on my return trip.

Needed quick oil change for drive from Virginia to Indiana. Technician got me in and changed oil and filter and got me on my way! Thanks!

I took my car back here because my steering was shaking when braking. I had my rotors replaced just 6 months prior at same location so I decided to take my vehicle back since it was most likely a rotor issue. They fixed the issue with no extra charges, the only fee was the diagnostic fee which was like 44$. But they corrected the rotor issue and rebalance my tires as well. They went the extra mile to make a happy customer. They did not have to since the rotors they installed 6 months prior were out of warranty but they made it right.

I appreciate the gentleman taking me in on short notice I got a oil change at a local Jiffy Lube and they failed to put my filter on correctly these gentlemen took me in tighten up the filter and gave me oil for no charge I can't think of enough for their time and their generosity

FANTASTIC service. I was traveling and two pulleys on my engine failed making my engine belt inoperable. I lost power steering, brakes, AC, and other critical funtions. USAA AUTO assistance program directed me to the meineke location in Tappahannock, Virginia. While getting out of my truck I was met by the store manager who immediately introduced me to Dave the store mechanic. Dave immediately assessed the the problems and assured me they could fix the problem. Dave began working on the vehicle and within and hour and a few minutes ordered the parts had them delivered and replaced the two pulleys the belt, topped off the fluids and had me on my way. Incredible performance by these professionals. Highly recommend them. And the price was very reasonable especially for an emergency situation. And they do honor military discounts which i extremely appreciate. Thanks folks! Will be sending family and friends your way. Dave you did a fantastic job!

500 miles from home and had an accident. Very professional, did a great job with repairs and fast, despite my insurance company dragging their feet. Kati at front desk was awesome! She Helped me navigate my insurance app. My Aunt I was visiting says she will use them from now on because of my positive experience

These guys made sure they did a very thorough job on inspecting my truck, they found so many safety issues on my truck that we are lucky to be alive because I was driving it everywhere everyday, and anything could have just fallen off in the middle of me driving at a high rate of speed. It wasn't the news I wanted thats for sure but better safe than sorry!!!! I ended up being blessed with a new car actually after all was said and done because my truck was no longer drivable, thanks so much Meineke!!!!!!

Took my truck to get the oil changed without an appointment they got it right in and started on it the woman behind the counter was very friendly and informative I forgot to tell them to check the air filter but she asked me later if I wanted it changed which I did just forgot to tell them they did a great job. P.s the woman behind the counter she's a sweetheart and cute as button definitely a sweet little gal.

Very nice customer service. Making an appointment was super easy. When explaining something I didn’t know they did it in a way that educated without being condescending. Will be going here from now on over the dealership I was going to.

Even though there was only one technician in the place and no one to answer the phone, they got the job done and did it right. I have to say I really felt for the guy. I have been in places where everyone has quit and it usually is a management problem. I don't know if that's the case here, but the mechanic was having to turn people away left and right because he was literally the only person in the place. Seems like arecipe for disaster. Regardlesd, I'm pleased to say that they did a great job on my car.

Josh and Dylan always take incredible care of my car. They are honest and helpful each time I enter. I am so appreciative of them. I’ve been going to this Meineke for several years and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. Prices are extremely competitive and they explain each detail of the plan and offer alternatives before moving forward. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I was very pleased with my overall experience at Tappahannock Meineke. The crew was pleasant and helpful, especially their manager Justin. He was knowledge, informative and personable which helped minimize my concerns about using them to repair my car. It has been over 2 months and my car is running great. I will be using them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.
