Couldn’t be happier with our experience! Sofia was so helpful from the moment we walked in. She quickly set us up to play and meet the puppy we were interested in. Every step she explained with care. Her being so knowledgeable and kind made me feel at ease making the big decision to take our puppy home! She offered so many helpful tips in her own experience with her dogs. Overall we are so happy with our new puppy and the genuinely kind service we received.

Such a quick and nice experience with Sharon. She helped us and supplied us with everything we needed to care for our new puppy, including all the information we could possibly want, financing, vet services and training classes. We walked in to look at goldens and we walked out with our little Butter! He was perfect, and he is actually very healthy and certified, they even provide lineage details. We are so happy!

Alexandra was amazing! We just bought an Australian Shepherd from this location and she was awesome. Walked us through absolutely everything, answered every question with confidence, and had great recommendations for everything involving dogs. We started and checked out with Alex and she made this experience so special.

My name is Inocencia Grano De Oro. I just got my dream puppy, a red poodle, from Petland in Pembroke Pines. Alexandra was excellent. She explained everything from beginning to end and I couldn’t be happier. This place is extremely clean and all the staff is very polite and friendly. All the dogs are very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking to get a puppy.

I went to Petland just to look at puppies, I have already bought 3 from this location. Today I saw this poodle, didn’t know much about this dog. I asked Alexandra, after talking to her for 5 mins, the knowledge and passion she has for dogs is truly amazing. I ended up buying my fourth dog from Petland in Pembroke Pines. Alexandra was the best and because of her I had my best experience at Petland. If I ever buy another dog Alexandra will be involved! Thank you Petland and Alexandra!

I recently bought my first frenchie puppy from this location and Madison helped me through the whole process of financing, and explained the ins and outs of training and caring for our new puppy. Alexandra is Excellent!!! She is caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely amazing. She kept me informed about the dogs that were available and all of the information about them. I bought a dog at this store because of her knowledge and assistance. Alexandra is an asset to your store. She should get a promotion and a raise in pay. She explained all of the information to buy the puppy and everything in all of the paperwork she fully explained. Alexandra is awesome, and I will continue working with her to assist me with my new puppy.
