I was transported to Regional Memorial after I fell in my.home & broke my femur bone & I have only great things to say about the Hanover~EMS Dept.!!! 🤗💕

Fell in garage and needed assistance, they were fast and took care of me getting me to the Emergency room.

Responded to for my mother inlaw . Paramedic was very rude to my daughter who is in the medical field herself . It’s hard enough when you have a sick crisis, but having someone being rude and disrespectful with no compassion makes situations worse.. If you choose to be paramedic then you should have some compassion for the sick and families..

I am very disappointed. We recieved a bill for $568 for a ambulance ride that was less than 20 miles away. The sirens wasnt used and our newborn wasnt hooked to any medical equipment and was driven at by law speed limit. My wife rode in ambulance and I followed in my vehicle. Richmond Pediatrics Associates in Mechanicsville told us we could drive our newborn to the hospital at first. Next thing we know the Nurse Practitioner came in the room witj ambulance and told us our newborn had to ride in the ambulance to get in a emergency room quicker. We feel these rates are ridiculous and understands there should be a charge but definitely not at this rate. Especially if it wasnt an actual definite emergency situation. If it was a live emergency- sirens and hooked equipment to patient would of played a roll in the situation to justify that rate. Hanover Fire Ems Ambulance and Richmond Pediatrics Associates should be a shame of themselves.
