Berryville Medical Associates, PLC Care Clinic

We are new to Berryville. So far, this office consistently answers the phone when I call and is very accommodating. They are flexible with scheduling (I have 4 kids and wanted them all seen on the same day), they have been happy to assist and went above and beyond to try and make our appointment happen. They were professional and friendly. They also called me with any outstanding questions, and if I didn't return their call, they would call me again to follow up.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate Dr Kaiser and the entire Berryville Medical staff. I am a long time patient there and I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone. The staff is extremely kind and courteous and Dr Kaiser is simply the BEST PCP around. I cannot foresee me ever going to another practice. I would like to give a special thank you to Christina Canniford & Dr Kaiser for helping thru a very stressful time of year. If you need a caring doctor then look no further than Dr Sheriff Kaiser and the team at Berryville Medical. You are the BEST!!! GOD bless you all!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Fills the gap between regular Dr care and the zoo that's the ER. It's always been quiet when I or my family members have visited

They have been my primary doctors office for many years, I have seen them all. The care clinic is great for quick last minute things.

Great office & staff. Very friendly & thorough. You don't have a long wait time to see a Dr.

I am very pleased with this group.They are very attentive and get you in and out as soon as possible.

I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks to hear back about a test that was ordered for me. I've called 3 times and left 3 messages during that time, but haven't received any response. I asked during my last appointment how long I should expect to wait and was told it shouldn't take long. The automated message says not to leave multiple messages since that will slow down response time. I get it. I used to have a job where I took a lot of calls, and it was frustrating when people would call and leave multiple messages, sometimes just hours apart. But I was also diligent about returning calls the same or next business day. It's been 2 weeks since I first left a message, and I haven't heard anything back.

never got back to me, had to call back continuously to get any response. after being seen, they just didn’t call my prescription into the pharmacy and am having to sit with an infection untreated, waiting to get back in contact with them.

I wish i could give this practice 0 or negative stars. I had blood drawn and glucose was at 150 at 4pm after not eating the whole day. They called me to tell me that my blood tests were normal and when I asked about my blood glucose level they sounded surprised and said there is nothing else they can do. I tried to make a follow-up appointment and it was a complete headache. Kept getting bounced back and forth from receptionist to nurse and each time I called I left a voicemail. Worst practice ever. Avoid this practice at all costs if you value your health at all.

I’ve been going here almost my whole life, and it’s clear they don’t care about their patients at all any more. You can never get anyone to talk to you, they just send you to a voicemail which says they’ll call you back. But over the last 2 months I’ve left at least 4-5 voicemails, and sent an email trying to follow up on an X-ray that was ordered by this office, and have gotten no response. I’ve had chronic back and neck pain for months and have X-rays showing I have structural issues in my back, and was only prescribed a 5mg muscle relaxer that didn’t help at all. Someone told me they are getting bought out by valley health, so I guess they think that means they don’t have to do their job any more. I was also supposed to get referrals for 2 specialists and nothing was ever sent. This place has become a joke.

I’ve been going to this place for years, and they used to be fantastic. However, in the past few months most of their practitioners have left and the ones remaining are unresponsive and seemingly unbothered by the needs of their patients. The NP I normally saw told me that she was leaving the practice but didn’t give me any notice beyond telling me the day of our last appointment. Then the NP they assigned to me after the first left also quit a day after my only appointment with her.

For six months now I have been requesting a prescription for a medicine I have been taking for over 10 years. Every time they write the prescription, they mess it up; the pre-authorization forms aren’t correct, they sent forms digitally to a fax-only pre-authorization portal, they did lab tests but never actually sent the results to my insurance and didn’t contact me about the results either. Every time I call I’m directed immediately to a voicemail box, and when I leave a message they don’t return the call for at least a week, if they return it at all. If I do talk to a receptionist, she transfers me to a voicemail box before I’ve even finished telling her why I’m calling.

I am looking for a new doctor, but most places (that accept my insurance) have 3 month wait times (or longer!) to get an initial appointment; I wish berryville medical would have given me more notice that my practitioner was quitting so I could have found a replacement without creating a gap in my care.

Overall the care at this practice has declined so much that they are causing me more problems than they are solving. Find a different doctor, this one no longer cares.

This medical practice is heading down hill. After having several medical providers leave, my family and I have been transferred to one of the few remaining providers in this practice. After my first appointment with my new provider, they are looking to change up my prescribed regiment and treatment that has worked for me for almost 12 years. No reasoning for the change other than, "as your provider this is what I'm doing".... I have moved a few times over the past 15 years and have seen various physicians in different practices within different states - all have agreed with and approved/continued my regiment because it has proved to work for me. Love that my replacement physician is making medical decisions for me just because it's what they want to do. My family and I will be finding a new primary care doctor elsewhere.

I have been using this doctors office for several years and really liked my provider. When I called to make a check up appointment for blood pressure prescription, I was told my provider was no longer there. So I was booked with a new person. Waited 2 months for the appointment.
All the previous providers names have been removed from the building, everyone inside was different. I don’t know what’s going on here.
I did not like the new person at all, and informed them at the counter after the first appointment that I was not going to ever come back so don’t book me for blood work or anything else. And I left. They sent me a letter a few days later asking Me to find a new doctor.
I fired YOU berryville medical associates. It was not the other way around.
I found the provider could not answer very basic questions and I recommend going elsewhere.

Let me start by saying this is the first google review I’ve ever had to make. I try so hard to give people chances and the benefit of the doubt but I’m tired of being let down. I’ve been going here for years and this place has gone way down hill. The people who work the phones are consistently rude and unhelpful. I get it we all have bad days but this has happened to me more then three times. I’ve been pushed off the phone multiple times with no answers. You'd think after being seen here for 10+ years they would at least pretend to care. People come here for answers and support. It is so disheartening to feel unsupported by your primary health care provider. I would like to say the doctor team and nurses are AMAZING but unfortunately, I just can’t get past the horrific way reception preforms. They are the first people new and old patients talk too. They too should have good bedside manner if you will.

Unresponsive, and when my new health insurance called to confirm I’m up to date with my blood pressure treatment they told the provider that I’m not following their treatment plan! I’m taking the medication they prescribed!! I will never go to this place again. Don’t waste your time!

I called to cancel my appointment a week ago, no answer, so left a voicemail stating what I wanted and asked for someone to call back to confirm. Next week, no response. I called probably 4 times that week to check my appointment status. No answer. At this point idk if it's been cancelled. So I drove to the office to check and it has been cancelled. WHY COULDN'T SOMEONE CALLED TO TELL ME THAT!? If you decide to go here, expect ZERO communication from them. Unprofessional and completely disorganized for a practice. NEVER going back.

They never get back to you, the billing staff at the main office on Church St. is incredibly rude. Doctors are alright, but the front staff needs to be trained or replaced, something, (or someone), is not working here.

Unhelpful receptionist. After the practice cancelled at the last minute, she wasn't understanding about the need for a new appointment to be scheduled ASAP because of patient's availability and dire need. Also, she tried to gaslight me rather than admit she may have gotten patients' names confused (insisting that I called to reschedule an appointment when I had not. Why would I have driven all the way there if I had called in to reschedule?). She just had no consideration that it's very difficult to find a doctor and when it doesn't work out, it's devastating. Now I have to start all over again with the search.
