Perfect place! Special thanks to Eddie! I speak English quite poorly, but Eddie patiently listened to my problem. Agreed on a nice price quickly and fun! There is a vending machine with drinks and snacks in the office. Eddie offered pizza and bought my daughter a drink! Well done guys! I recommend!

I want to highly recommend this shop and Mack Jones the Mgr. They did an outstanding job on my work vehicle and always makes sure everything is done correctly. They even pointed out bad repairs and helped to fix those issues. They are very fast on getting the car back to you when they promise. I drive a lot of miles for work and they always get me back on the road. Tks Mack and Midas!

Highly recommend this location/this company! I had a unfortunate situation with my catalytic converter, I brought my car here and Coach took take of the rest! He was so accommodating and understanding and am insanely grateful for his patience and dedication to his job. They ordered the part right away, and as soon as everything with insurance was cleared I was able to get the part installed within a couple of hours. I am so grateful to the amazing mechanics and Coach for fixing my car!

Mac Jones offers an exemplary customer service. He was able to handle many customers alone, answered phones, had my flat tire replaced in under one hour, the entire time with a smile on his face and positive attitude. Highly recommend this Midas branch.

Came in for a service, work was done swiftly. The guys there have great knowledge on the ins and out of your vehicle. Mac Jones is AWESOME 👏🏾 He helped me save funds and after the service I received today, I definitely won’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back to this location.

I've been coming here for maintenance for about 3 yrs. Always great service. Though the shop is busy, they will find time for you and will make sure everything you need has been done.

I've been going to this midas for 11 Years. At first it was just for oil changes. After years of going to different dealers. Midas on sunrise is by far the best. The customer service is spectacular and they're very fair on their prices. I appreciate all that have serviced me throughout the years. Many blessings to all.

I’ve had all amazing experiences at Midas, I would never go anywhere else for an oil change. Antwaun is always so much help and makes for a super smooth process every time I come!

Anyways “coach” is very approachable with hits different hats. I was told I needed brakes and he had them do a brake inspection. My front brakes were at 95% and rear brakes at 65% life. If you real honesty and don’t want be sold , come see coach. Thanks

On February 25,2024 I visited this Midas location on east sunrise blvd for an oil change. I was greeted by a friendly staff with pleasant attitudes. MICHAEL was the technician on this visit. He was fast friendly and got my car right. I'd highly recommend this location for your vehicle needs .

Great experience. I was assisted and out in 30 minutes. Shout out to Mac Jones, he was of great assistance and help. This is the only place I will be doing my oil changes/ car maintenance from now on. Impeccable customer service!

Update: it has been a year since I first rated Midas. This time my truck needed extensive front end work that came at a very steep price ($2k+). Despite this, and taking a little longer then initially expected, I would not change their initial 5 star rating. Their level of customer service and the knowledgeable mechanics on staff exceeded my expectations. They showed me the oroblems and explained the work that was needed. Kudos to Coach and the entire Midas crew @ 5⃣🏅🌟 ⚓❕

February 2024 I visited this location with my family and experienced 10 out of 10 service with Mr. Mac Jones he was very helpful and very professional. The oil change did also come with a tire rotation as well as fluid top off. This was a great way to tip both Mr. Mac and mr. Antoine as well. The language barrier in South Florida can make it difficult to do simple tasks like oil changes but i appreciate how you all made it easy at your place. Thanks for your service. Came to this location for a 4 wheel alignment on groupon for my Mercedes for under 50$ Insane deal no appointment was made and only waited about an hour , corrected the slight steering tilt that was annoying me. Feels much better on the highway especially. Thank you for the great service
