I never leave reviews for anything but I had to for Dr Swartz office. The hygienist, the office manager and the dentist were amazing. Extremely nice and welcoming. I had a difficult molar that needed work. I went to multiple dentists but my case was hopeless. Thank god I was referred to Dr Swartz. He was extremely patient, never rushed anything and never gave up until he fixed what seemed unfixable. He was amazing and very kind. The entire office were unbelievably good hearted kind people.

Dr Swartz completed one root and canal and corrected two done by others that were bad and infected. Each time I was told to pull the tooth but he managed to save each one and was gentle and quick each time and both are good still. He made sure to explain all he did and anything that I needed to follow up on. I live a decent amount away now but still drive out when I have endo issues based on my previous experiences. Would highly recommend him.

I was seeing by Dr. Swartz in November 2015. After the exam Dr Swartz told me that one of the root canal that was made by a different Dr. got infected and he needed to redo the procedure. He prescribed me an antibiotic and follow up appointment was scheduled. Upon the initial exam my dental insurance was presented and I was given 2 choices:
1. extraction my copayment is $80
2. Redo a root canal 20% was my responsibility based on my insurance ( total cost $1500) so my deductible was $300.
I decided to go with option of saving my tooth and redo my root canal. It took several appointments to finish the job and $300 was paid as agreed initially. Two or three month later after the procedure was completed I receive a collection letter from a Dr office of the remaining balance ( $1200 less discount fees) the total was about $700 or $900 don’t remember exactly. I made a copy of my insurance card and sanded back to them). And I honestly thought that all problem was resolved.
In the middle of 2017 ( almost 2.5 years later I received a letter from a collection agency that is working on behalf of Dr. Swartz trying to collect an additional $2500.
Talked to the person from collection agency and was told that my insurance didn’t pay and now I am responsible for the balance.
So I decided to call my insurance and find out what is the reasons and why this claim was not paid. Was told that the procedure that was billed by the Dr is only eligible every 24 month and since other Dr. performed the same procedure with in 24 months. Dr Swartz claim was denied. They got very surprised that the office didn’t verify eligibility for the procedure. They also told me that there is a lot of dental procedures that are only being paid with in certain time frame and it is a Dr. office responsibility to check if a person is eligible or not.
My choice was made based on the options that was given to me by the Dr. And why do I need to pay for their neglect.

I found Dr Swartz online for my wife who needed to go through root canal procedure under the crown bridge. Dr Swartz took $1200 for this procedure. To our surprise, the crown bridge went off in less than a month. When Lilia came to visit him, he even did not want to see my wife, with ridiculous recommendation to see her dentist. Strange attitude. Please do not visit this doctor, who does not bear any responsibility for his work.
