Amherst Family Practice

Amherst Family practice is patient centered and provides excellent service. They are accommodating and efficient. The Pharmacy is supportive of my immediate needs. Dr Ripley is a great doctor who listens and looks at the whole person. He's respectful and caring.

I had my first visit last week and everything was great. I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly, my wait time was less than 5 minutes in the waiting room and about 5 minutes in the patient room. Mariah Cluss PA listened carefully and didn’t make me feel rushed.

My provider, Emily Russell is pleasant and patient, you don't feel rushed during visit. She takes the time to listen, answers questions, and includes you in the plan of care. She is an outstanding professional that seems to genuinely care about her patients!
The office staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful.
I would highly recommend Amherst Family Practice.

Excellent care from Dr. Ripley and PA April St. Laurent. Their lab folks are very skilled in inserting needles BTW. They are not taking new patients right now, but watch for changes.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Houser. I am pleased with her caregiving and have been her patient for almost 15 years. I find her thoughtful and compassionate and am as pleased as I can be with her and the rest of the team at AFP.

Customer there for almost 34 years, so that should give you an indication how much I like it. Some of the nicest people you'll find in a doctor's office. Always very accommodating.

Been coming here for primary care for years and Dr.Kaitlyn Garnett is the absolute best! She actually cares about her patients and is the nicest, kindest doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Would recommend her and nurse Candice to anyone needing primary care

The staff at Amherst Family Practice are always very nice and the office is always clean. My PA Rachael Whittmore is awesome she takes the time to explain things and she never hesitates on answering any questions I might have. If I run out of my perception all I have to do is call and they send an order to my pharmacy with no hesitation. I would recommend Amherst Family Practice to anyone you will not regret it.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. They always take good care of me and my family. The app makes it fast and easy to see any test results and to review appointment instructions. The advice nurse is always responsive and helpful. The PAs, Emily and Nick, have great availability when I need to be seen quickly and Emily does a great job of helping me manage my overall wellness. I would recommend Amherst Family Practice to anyone.

Dr. Williams is the most kind and caring doctor I've ever had. All the nurses and lab techs are efficient, helpful and kind. The staff in pharmacy were great at helping me get my blood glucose levels down. I've been going to AFP for almost 10 years and have not had a bad experience.

I found a bulge in my groin and wanted to see Dr. Bender ASAP. I sent a message via the portal. He got back to me in less than 24 hours with an appointment time already booked for me the next day. Awesome! He always makes us feel informed and that we have his full attention for as long as we need it. I’m 68 and he’s the best doc I’ve ever experienced.

I've been going to Amherst Family Practice for a long time and Patricia Houser is one of the best and awesome physicians you could ever want to see for anything and everything that ails you. She always listens to your concerns and always directs you in the right way to go with all that goes on and she's always caring and very understanding and I thank God for such an amazing physician and I wouldn't have it any other way. God Bless AFP and for all the amazing staff for all their help.

I been going to Amhurst Family practice for years the staff has always been very helpful and professional the waiting room is spotless very sanitized. I go every 3 months for blood and follow up with Dr.Megan Williams also the pharmacist on site are excellent I for one feel very good and safe. Also you can go online and check your records.
