The Best Lock Smith Ever Albert is the best my husband and called him early morning about the key ignition on my husband truck. Albert came early morning within the hour. I must say he know his stuff and jump on it. We thought we needed a new ignition but Albert insured us that we didn’t and fixed the ignition. Albert & his wife arrived less than 20min after I called them in a panic from a dark parking lot off I-95, where I’d absent-mindedly locked my keys in my car. I’m from far out of town so my anxiety was high. But they got to me so quickly! They were incredibly funny and sweet. Albert is extremely talented, his skills opened my car with no damage and in hardly any time at all. He then counseled me on how I could approach my insurance company to compensate me for at least part of his extremely reasonable fee while he and his wife finished up the paperwork. That’s going the extra mile to be kind. Their price was as good or better than the 3 other calls I made & he got back to me well before any others, too. I can’t talk up this business enough: if you need a mobile locksmith, these are your people. Thanks Albert!!

First off I can't even begin to explain how I even lost my key in the store and to make matters worse I searched high and low and it was no where to be found! As we all know losing a key can be the worst but this was the best service, Albert was prompt and had great communication! I have a very difficult car and he had to call everyone to make sure I received my key that day. Honestly with all the obstacles I was defeated and literally wanted to cry, but Albert reassured me he was going to get me a key! Albert managed to get my key that day and I am so thankful, I will make sure to refer him to everyone, he is the BEST!

If I could give Albert more than 5 stars I would. I called him when I was stranded couldn’t start my truck because my key wouldn’t work. He came to my rescue I called 2 other locksmiths before him and they was trash. They called me back but never showed up. Albert came within the hour and new exactly what the problem was. He fixed the issue and now I am driving my truck like it’s brand new 😎 Thanks Albert call Albert when you need a lock smith.

I do not recommend. High and abusive price.
We see a problem with the battery locker. He abused my employee who was cleaning the house and charged twice what the locksmiths charge. Last time a locksmith went to the house at night and charged $ 70 for the service and even changed the entire lock. Albert charged $ 155.00 with fees and not change the locker. just batteries. 2x more. Being that it opened another door and just changed the battery. After that, I tried to talk and negotiate with him and he was rude. I don't recommend it, he abused the innocence of my employee who paid him absurdity for the service.

Bad customer service when picking up phone and doesn’t know how to maintain a conversation nor speak English. Doesn’t have a company or store. It’s basically at his house. Don’t put “24 hours” daily when you’re on vacation. Show some respect. Giving a zero star por comer mierda 👍🏾
