Many Greetings !! I have been very fortunate to be on the receiving end of some of the best customer service that i have seen in a long, long time at this location! These awesome humans are working under some tremendous pressure with the Sprint / T-Mobile changeover ! Oh, let me not forget to mention that they are seriously understaffed and STILL, each of the times i've frequented this location, all the other customers, including myself, received top notch knowledge and advice!! Customer service at it's best!! You guys ROCK :)

The store was busy when my husband and I arrived, but we were instantly greeted by "Chip," who waited on us later. We were impressed that no matter what he was involved in, Chip would greet everyone who entered and let them know that someone would assist them as soon as they could. We saw 2 other sales staff and what appeared to be a supervisor, but they never looked up to acknowledge any of the customers. I would give a 2 for customer service had it not been for Chip. Very pleased with our phones and service!

EVERY single time I go to this store with a device/network/plan issue, Chip Glover is there is fix it. He has helped my wife and I fix issues with a defective apple watch, helped with complicated plan transitions from Sprint to T-Mobile, and solved billing mistakes due to corporate not applying a discount we were supposed to have gotten. He is ridiculously fast, knowledgeable, and I hope that corporate is able to see that. Due to being short-staffed during COVID, while he was helping me communicate my billing problem to corporate (which got resolved) he was simultaneously working with two other customers and they seemed to be well taken care of as well. The man is a work-horse!

I was at the store today and had the pleasure to work on my phone with Hannah Simmons. She was polite, she listened to my issue and immediately began looking at some of the settings on my phone, she asked permission for all the changes. She showed empathy as her phone done some of issues. She could teach a class on customer service as hers was A1-5star. Another great interaction at this store was with Dominique Duncan-I was at the store yesterday and he help with the issue
i was experiencing. He exhibited 5 star customer service.

Was bracing myself for an unpleasant visit(I'm used to Verizon customer service), but left feeling relieved. Paul was the rep that helped me shuffle through my issues. Made them easy to understand without making me feel inferior. A good experience with a data provider for once, and everyone was all smiles. Thank you!

I have to give a huge shout out to Chip Glover and Krystal Hartsook at the Waynesboro Town Center store. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, the customer, was completely taken care of and satisfied before I left the store. In a time when there is so much going on in our world it is such a heartfelt experience to encounter people who genuinely want to help others. They worked well together and were there for the customer!!!

Chip and Crystal give the best service and is the only store in Waynesboro Stanton and Augusta County that I would recommend going to hands down. I've been to the other T-Mobile stores in the area and have not gotten the quality of care that this store gives!!

Chip is the best sprint rep around he has been helping the valley with their sprint service for atleast 10 years and is so helpful kind and caring.

Great experience, appreciate the deal I got. Antwon was great-highly recommend his help w/new phone.
