I loved my trip to Luna Nails. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my trip. My wax was gentle and effective, and all of the staff made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. I had a lovely conversation with my nail tech and she killed this look. It really seemed like she cared about her craft and knew what she was doing. I don’t live around here, and was hesitant to go to a new salon but I was incredibly pleased and felt like a new woman leaving. 100% recommend this salon for any need you have!

I got a manicure and it was a great experience. We didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to take us almost right away. My mom got the basic pedicure and was pleasantly surprised that it included hot stones! Friendly, efficient service!

Wonderful experience. I got my first pedicure today and going in, my feet were extremely callused. The location is very clean and well organized. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. They have massage chairs with tailorable settings. The young lady that fixed my feet was very pleasant and displayed exemplary attention to detail that was far beyond her years. My feet have never been so smoothe. I will definitely return.

I can’t say enough good about Luna Nails. Clean, friendly and professional. As a regular customer I booked a pedicure for my elderly mother when she came to visit, Synthia was so patient, respectful and caring with my mother it made my heart happy. Aside from top notch skill and talent it is obvious that she sets the standard for A+ customer service.

Went in today for the first time! I've never had my nails done before and I was quite nervous. Luckily, the technicians were so sweet and professional. They walked me through the process, which I really appreciate, and talked me through the different types of nails. I would definitely come again - the prices are good too, especially for the amazing service. Thanks for the acrylics!

Always love it when Synthia does my nails. She knows I have hearing problems and helps me understand her better.

I stopped in just to see how they were and to my surprise I was very pleased with the staff and quality for the price. I actually returned with in a week with my youngest daughter and she was excited about the quality of the product and service. Then with in two weeks brought my oldest daughter and she was pleased as well.
We will be continuing to come here and refer all of our friends.

With being a new resident and just trying to find our go-to's, my husband and I decided to walk-in to the closest nail salon, which happened to be Luna's. They did not disappoint and we are lucky to live so close to such a good establishment. They were busy but handled it gracefully and took their time with us. I'm VERY particular about my manicures, and I've never been so pleased with anyone's work! Family-owned and very professional, so we will definitely be going back for more pedicures and manicures.

I travel a lot and am always unsure about a new nail salon. I walked in and had excellent service from Twan. He was knowledgeable, personable and really a great conversationalist. I’ve been to many places for gel manicures and he was honestly my favorite. I hadn’t ever had a favorite before. They are friendly and reasonable priced. I’d recommend them & will go back if I’m in VA again.

I work close by and came in this a.m. hoping to be able to get a full set done in an hour or under with them still looking like I spent the normal hour and a half (usual time spent for me at least)and they did not disappoint! I made it out and to work on time with absolutely beautiful nails and anyone posting about the customer service of management is crazy bc they were awesome. If you go in right away with a bad attitude and being nasty, you get what you give and that's anywhere in life. Will def be going back each time and signing up for tanning this weekend.

Synthia takes great pride in her Salon and let me tell you she is the best nail technician I've ever had. I'm super picky about my nails and she has exceeded my expectations 100%. The Salon is clean, the pedicure stations are comfortable and the service is the best. I've tried several Nail Salons in and around Ashland and will never go to another one after going here.

Love my Luna Nails. Synthia has the upmost respect for my pitiful nails because I always wait so long to come back to get them done. Everyone in there including me are always laughing and having a good time while you get great customer service. Keep up the great work . See ya soon

My first time in this salon was this afternoon. I absolutely recommend this business. People were polite, friendly, professional and made great conversation. Being fairly new to the area, I can not express how much I appreciate that. I had the best pedicure I think I've had in a very long time, if ever! T did my pedicure and my powder dip nails and I am in love. I never felt rushed, I felt absolutely pampered. I Very much enjoyed my visit and look forward to bringing my daughters here!

Stumbled upon Luna by accident, and I’m so happy I did! They are amazing, my daughter and I got pedicures and they were nothing short of exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

All the technicians are sweet! Shannon knows my name as soon as I say hello on the phone and always greets me Hey Ashley! Cynthia always takes her time on my nails and they ALWAYS look good!

I come all the way from Richmond to get my pedicure here! They are so nice and pay close attention to detail !! I never have an issue with my pedicure when I come here!!! Keep up the excellent work !!
