I want to start off by saying the employees were amazing.They help me find all the items I needed .. Wow Big lots has stepped up their game good quality items with low pricing guaranteed I will shop here again

Very nice Big Lots. Used the call ahead - pick up service for the first time. Everything we ordered was waiting at the cash wrap and all we had to do was show the pick up email. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Even got 15% off coupon for ordering ahead online. :)

Great items and clean. The staff was pleasant they greeted me coming in and going out as well as offer their help.

My favorite stop by quick shop..simple store just like me simple but they have great bargains.

When the Coral Springs store couldn't find the item we wanted the sales lady called the Plantation store reserved it for us and gave us a loyalty discount that amounted to $130 off because we had to drive there to pick it up.

Wonderful loving customer service everyone in the stores like my family and my friends I recommend all of my personal family and friends to come to this Big lots the service is always like family always feels like home and the last time I visited this store was about 3 weeks ago like the middle of February and I'm so grateful that I came because I was welcome back after having come to the store about a good three or four years I still love the customer service I still love the products and I still love the furniture thank you for your service I give you 10 Stars not 5 but I know five stars is the maximum

I used to live in Plantation so I have visited this Big Lots often. Now I moved far East, near the beach but I was in this area today. Great customer service from Martinez (That's what it looked like on her name badge). She was engaging, smiling and telling me about the Big Lots rewards. Not pushy and no pressure. This was the third time in a short while I had been to this Big Lots and received great customer service. Previous it had been with Dorthea (I am sorry if I got your name wrong). She too was nice, friendly and engaging and having a pleasant conversation with me while she was ringing me out. As I was leaving tonight, the lady collecting carts (long braids and glasses) also make a friendly quip and that made this complete experience a 5 star one! I was delighted to see that some businesses still recognize that having associates being friendly works in their favor!!

There was another associate whose name I do not recall who had put aside some items I called about before I ventured over that area. Although I live nowhere near this area anymore, I will continue to give them my business when I need to go to Big Lots even though there is one nearer to me but I prefer this one. Thank you Plantation Big Lots for your associates and their excellent customer service!!!

Sonia was so helpful and friendly. I wish more people were more like her. She is a model employee..I was really impressed with her great attitude.

Great prices and I love their rewards cards! You save a lot after your third purchase. You really start to get more coupons and savings after you continue to use your card! This is one of my favorite places to shop because I have a big family! Check out this place if you haven't already 😉

Very good visit, found everything I needed and some stuff I simply had to have. Plus a few items I'll be going back for in the future.

This is my favorite store. Always save money, & their cashier Sonia is SO kind & helpful. Cashier Kathy is super also. Saves a lot of time vs going in the huge discount stores when you need a few things but you're busy. Plenty of parking & wheelchair accessible.

First visit, picked up a recliner. Great price and quality not too bad!
Store had decent stock, variety of household items, furniture and other miscellaneous items. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable, check out a breeze. Will definitely go back, great deals for sure. Recommend.

Good deals for your home

I love it because it's a shopping adventure I can afford. Clean and organized. $$ friendly. You find things you probably wouldn't at the other boring stores. Always something new too!!

Thus is a great Big Lots in Plantation. This location is bigger then most of the other ones in my area. If one of the other locations doesn't have the thing I need this one usually has it. They have decent prices on a wide variety of things. I always come on the friends and family days where you get 20% off everything. Highly recommend coming to this big lots!

I was just at the the plantation big lots in west broward to purchase a joes grill and the customer service was excellent I was taken care of by Andie who was great at customer service and I received my grill by delivery within thee hour overall I will recommend anyone to shop there I’m frm Orlando visiting family so that was a blessing
