After reading the 2 negative reviews about the front office, I now understand the importance of giving reviews for good experiences. Dr Burns front office personnel is very professional, friendly, kind, accommodating and efficient. Front offices make or break your business in my option. You can always get an appointment when needed with Dr. Burns and he is gentle and kind. His vioce is very soothing and not intimidating to kids. He's tall but his present isn't overpowering, he just floats into the room and does his job. Sometimes even take their picture for their chart and show them how they've grown since. He listens and give medications when neccessary. He don't prescribed more than you need. If no meds is needed will let you know what to expect, time progession etc. My son and daughter both love him and he's been their doctor since he saw their tiny faces at memorial west 6 and 3 years ago respectively. Also documents for school a breeze, and billing is not a hassle, they don't hold you hostage for money. This is a real review, may it help in your decision.

We love Dr Burns. I wish he could see adults. He's direct and doesn't waste time. Calls me right back when ever I have a question. Talks to each child in a respectful manner and and remembers each child as an individual. Explains to me plans of treatment and all our options but doesn't pressure us to choose one plan or another. Actually understands G6PD Deficiency. And getting referrals and written diagnosis is a breeze! Also, I never waited more than 20 minutes and yesterday I did 4 checkups in 2 hours from the time I walked in until I walked out. My last pediatrician it took 5 hours to do just 3 checkups. The other thing I really appreciate is he never mentions my daughter's weight in a negative way in front of her. I have a close relative with an eating disorder and that's so important.

DOCTOR BURNS IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND I LOVE THAT HES NOT SO QUICK TO JUST PRESCRIBE SOMETHING LIKE MOST PEDIATRICIANS. HE IS HONEST, LINDSAY IS THE BACKBONE OF THIS LOCATION. SHE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. SHE ANSWERS QUESTIONS PROMPTLY. THERE IS NEVER A LONG WAIT.

Being going there since my daughter was born now she is 5 and I just had my son and he going there too. Thumbs up for the incredible staff keep up the good work

The visit went fine but the billing is basically fraudulent. They billed me for a 45 min visit when it was 10 min. I've called about the discrepancy but they refuse to correct it. I've reached out to my insurance and they are submitting it to the fraud dept to investigate.

Horrible experience. Dr. is ok. Front office staff is rude and nasty. I pointed that out to them and I was then told that I could no longer bring my children there. A pediatricians office that gets even with you by involving your kids. Absolutely pathetic. Good riddance. Attached is their cowardly letter.
