The staff is very well trained and friendly. My #1place to drop off packages.

I've always found them to be quick and efficient. I had one issue with an Amazon return that had no UPS tracking or Amazon return status beyond "Label created" 6 days after dropping off. I had used the option to bring it unboxed to the store and they would package it. I called them yesterday and the woman patiently explained that they grouped the items received that way that day into a single shipment, and my tracking number wouldn't track it. Today the return finally showed up on Amazon.

I use this UPS store for all of my personal shipping, printing, and copying needs. They always take excellent care of me with prompt, polite service! Often, I additionally bring in work packages because our pick up at the shop is so early in the day, and they always take care of me quickly and efficiently with those packages as well. I highly recommend using this store for your UPS needs.

Well staffed with knowledgeable individuals, good amount of supplies on site. They process transactions quickly. Note, this store is visible from Lew Dewitt Boulevard, but the entrance is in the mall.

I always have an amazing experience at this location. The staff is courteous and friendly. I am able to ship all my items with ease and assurance they will get to their destinations. I was shipping some personalized items and I didn’t check the labels matched the person for which the items were being shipped. I called the store and the attendant quickly got the labels changed for me with no problems. That was completely my error and she took care of it. I am thankful they were able to do that for me.

Always nice and pleasant when I come into the store.

Extremely quick, in and out no issues

I've been here several times since I moved to town. I hope the owner is reading my review! The staff in this place is GREAT. . I was there many times during the terrible chaos of Covid and Christmas shipping time combined. For shipping, for light printing from emailed files and for Notary service, every time I was totally impressed with the service. Thank you.

Love the easy Happy Return option!

I had a large document that needed to be faxed. The amazing employees here initially said that because of the size they would have to break it up into separate taxes, but that wasn't possible for what I needed. Instead, they took the time to wait with the machine and make sure it handled the job in one go for me. This document was for medical purposes and time sensitive and very important, and they did an amazing job helping me get it where it needed to go, despite the challenges.

Terrific customer service! Optional use of their doing your copies or you can do them yourself. I like the fact that the copiers are USB friendly, makes my work easy! Definitely a return customer! Thanks!!

Customer service at it's best here. I spent an hour trying to get some items shipped at the regular post office with horrible service. It took 10 minutes for the staff at this location to let me ask questions and send my items. Use them before anyone else and now I will come here for all my needs. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

Always fast and Courteous Very professional

Wow! Amazing customer service from a kind lady! I ran out of tape and had a wonky home printed return label that had to be shrunk down with the copy machine and the kindest gal took care of it for me. Her service and friendly attitude is so rare it made my day!

Packages go out about 5 PM.
Service is quick and efficient.
Location is ideal.

I am a student, so every 3-4 mos. I'm returning textbooks that I have rented for use during the semester. The staff at this location graciously accept my open boxes full of textbooks, seal them with tape, affix the shipping labels, and send them off all while keeping a smile on their face. I have many things I need to worry about but returning my textbooks isn't one. Thank you!
